Հայաստանում COVID-19-ից մահացած գրեթե բոլոր հիվանդներն ունեցել են քրոնիկ հիվանդություններ

Կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության (COVID-19) հետևանքով առաջացած մահվան դեպքերի վերաբերյալ հայտնում ենք, որ մայիսի 8-ի դրությամբ ընդհանուր թիվը կազմում է 43:

 

Գրեթե բոլոր պացիենտներն ունեցել են ուղեկցող քրոնիկական հիվանդություններ, այդ թվում` սրտի իշեմիկ հիվանդություն (38% դեպքերում), սրտի ռիթմի խանգարումներ (13%), զարկերակային հիպերտենզիա (60%), շաքարային դիաբետ (38%), մետաբոլիկ համախտանիշ, քրոնիկական պիելոնեֆրիտ, մնացորդային երևույթներ կրած ինֆարկտից և ինսուլտից հետո, թոքերի քրոնիկ օբստրուկտիվ հիվանդություն, շագանակագեղձի քաղցկեղ, սակավարյունություն և այլն: Հիմնականում պացիենտներն ունեցել են 1-ից ավելի ուղեկցող քրոնիկական հիվանդություններ։

Դեպքերի գերակշիռ մասում անմիջականորեն մահվանը հանգեցնող ախտաբանական վիճակ է հանդիսացել բազմաօրգանային անբավարարությունը, սուր շնչառական անբավարարությունը, իսկ որպես հիվանդություն կամ ախտաբանական վիճակ, որը հանգեցրել է վերը նշվածին, հիմնականում եղել է երկկողմանի թոքաբորբը:

Հարկ է նշել, որ պացիենտներից 5-ի մոտ ախտորոշվել է սրտամկանի սուր ինֆարկտ, 5-ի մոտ` ուղեղի արյան շրջանառության սուր խանգարում, 2-ի մոտ` նախասրտերի շողացում, իսկ 5 պացիենտ ունեցել է քրոնիկական երիկամային անբավարարություն (տերմինալ շրջան), որոնք իրենց հերթին հանդիսացել են անմիջականորեն մահվանը հանգեցնող ախտաբանական վիճակի առաջացման պատճառ:

Ունեցել ենք մահվան մեկ դեպք (69-ամյա տղամարդ), երբ պացիենտը չի ունեցել ուղեկցող քրոնիկական հիվանդություն։
