«Նախկինում ևս խորհրդարանում տեղի են ունեցել տհաճ և զզվելի միջադեպեր, բայց ընդունենք, որ երկրի ղեկավարի ներկայությամբ նման բաներ ոչ միայն չեն եղել, այլև համարվել են անհնարին:
Իշխանական պատգամավորներն այսօր ցույց տվեցին իրենց իրական վերաբերմունքն իրենց առաջնորդի հանդեպ: Եվ այդ ամենը էդքան կարևոր չէր լինի, եթե խոսքը չգնար պատերազմի ժամանակ գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատարի մասին: Վաղը եթե գեներալները ստիպված լինեն իրենց խոսքը ասել քաղաքական և երկրի համար կարևորագույն հարցերի շուրջ, ոչ մի իշխանական ներկայացուցիչ իրավունք չի ունենա հակադարձելու: Եթե անգամ դուք չեք հարգում, բա մյուսները ինչ՞ու պետք է հարգեն»:
