Անի Սանոսյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Այօր գործադիրը հաստատեց Արմավիրի մարզում այս տարվա օգոստոսի 22-ի և հոկտեմբերի 4-ին տեղի ունեցած ուժեղ կարկտահարության հետևանքով մարզի Քարակերտ, Մյասնիկյան, Կողբավան, Բաղրամյան /Բաղր./, Բագարան, Շենիկ, Դալարիկ, Մրգաշատ, Մարգարա, Վարդանաշեն, Երասխահուն և Ակնաշեն համայնքներում գործող գյուղացիական տնտեսություններին պատճառված վնասները փոխհատուցելու որոշումը: Մարզի համայնքների հողի հարկ վճարող, ոռոգման ջուր օգտագործող, ինչպես նաև ջերմատնային տնտեսությունների սեփականատեր հանդիսացող ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձանց պետական աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու նպատակով Արմավիրի մարզպետարանին ՀՀ 2015 թվականի պետական բյուջեով նախատեսված պահուստային ֆոնդից կհատկացվի 97026.5 հազար դրամ:
Որից՝
• 8892.5 հազ. դրամ կհատկացվի նշված համայնքների վարչական տարածքում գտնվող գյուղատնտեսական նշանակության հողատարածքների հողի հարկի 2015 թվականի համար հաշվարկված` վճարման ենթակա գումարներն համայնքի բյուջե վճարելու նպատակով.
• 83302.0 հազ. դրամ` ջրօգտագործողների ընկերությունների սպասարկման տարածքում ընդգրկված կարկտահարված համայնքներում օգտագործվող ոռոգման ջրի դիմաց 2015 թվականի համար վարձավճարները փոխհատուցելու նպատակով.
• 2892.0 հազ. դրամը՝ Մարգարա գյուղական համայնքի կարկտահարված տարածքներում օգտագործվող ոռոգման ջրի արժեքն այն վճարող ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձանց անունից, նրանց փոխարեն համապատասխան համայնքի բյուջե վճարելու նպատակով.
• 1940.0 հազ. դրամ՝ Մարգարա գյուղական համայնքի կարկտահարված ջերմատնային տնտեսությունների սեփականատերերի պատճառված վնասները փոխհատուցելու նպատակով:
Պատճառված վնասները գնահատվել են մասնագիտական խմբի կողմից, որն էլ պարզել է, որ տվյալ համայնքների գրեթե ողջ ազգաբնակչությունը իր գյուղատնտեսական գործունեության իրականացման համար վարկառու է մարզում գործող տարբեր բանկային կազմակերպություններում և ի վիճակի չէ ներկայումս իրականացնելու իր հարկային պարտավորությունները, որոնք հողի հարկի գծով կազմում են շուրջ 9000000 դրամ, իսկ ջրի վարձավճարները՝ շուրջ 86200000դրամ:
Միաժամանակ Մարգարա համայնքի ջերմատնային տնտեսություններին պատճառվել է շուրջ 2000000 դրամի վնաս:
Նշված շուրջ 12 համայնքների գյուղացիական տնտեսությունները ունեն պետական աջակցության կարիք, և հողի հարկի, ոռոգման ջրի, ինչպես նաև ջերմատնային տնտեսություններին պատճառված վնասների փոխհատուցումը գործնական աջակցություն կլինի համայքների գյուղացիների համար:
