Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ մայիսյան փառապանծ եռատոնի՝ Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմում տարած հաղթանակի, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության Պաշտպանության բանակի և Շուշիի ազատագրման օրվա առթիվ:

Այս տարի ամբողջ խաղաղասեր մարդկությունը տոնում է Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմում ֆաշիզմի դեմ տարած հաղթանակի և Երկրորդ աշխարհամարտի ավարտի 75-ամյակը, որը մեծագույն իրադարձություն էր ինչպես ամբողջ աշխարհի, այնպես էլ հայ ժողովրդի համար: Առաջին հերթին շնորհավորում եմ Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմի վետերաններին, որոնց թիվը, ցավոք սրտի, տարեցտարի քչանում է: Հենց նրանց հերոսական պայքարի, կամքի ու մաքառման գնով հնարավոր եղավ ապահովել մեր հայրենիքի խաղաղ ու անվտանգ գոյությունը: Ֆաշիզմի դեմ տարած հերոսական հաղթանակը սերունդների համար դարձավ ոգեշնչման ու ընդօրինակման անսպառ աղբյուր: Արդեն 1992 թ.-ին Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմի հերոսների սխրանքը կրկնեցին Արցախյան ազատամարտի մերօրյա հերոսները՝ ազատագրելով հայոց հնագույն բերդաքաղաք Շուշին:

Մենք չափազանց թանկ գին ենք վճարել այսօրվա խաղաղության համար և պարտավոր ենք սրբությամբ պահպանել իրենց կյանքը հայրենիքին անմնացորդ նվիրաբերած հերոսների անմար հիշատակը: Թո՛ղ մայիսյան նվիրական հաղթանակները մշտապես լուսավոր ուղենիշ լինեն մեր ժողովրդի համար, տանեն դեպի նոր նվաճումներ ու ձեռքբերումներ։

Եվս մեկ անգամ շնորհավորելով Հայաստանի, Արցախի և Սփյուռքի մեր հայրենակիցներին այս փառապանծ օրվա առթիվ՝ Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմի և Արցախյան հերոսամարտի մասնակիցներին մաղթում եմ հարատև առողջություն, հայկական երկու հանրապետությունների ժողովուրդներին՝ խաղաղություն և բարօրություն:
