Աղստև գետն ընկած ավտոմեքենան հայտնաբերվել է. դուրս է բերվել նաև 41-ամյա վարորդի դին
SOCIETYՔիչ առաջ Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության Սևանի ջրափրկարարները՝ Արմեն Ճզմաչյանի գլխավորությամբ, որոնողական աշխատանքներ կատարելու արդյունքում հայտնաբերեցին Աղստև գետն ընկած ВАЗ 21015 մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի գտնվելու վայրը:
Ինչպես հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը, Ա. Ճզմաչյանը, սուզվելով վարար գետի մեջ, կարողացավ հատուկ ճոպաններ ամրացնել ավտոմեքենայի որոշ հատվածներում և Դիլիջանի քաղաքապետ Արմեն Սանթրոսյանի օժանդակությամբ դեպքի վայր բերված վերամբարձ կռունկը ավտոմեքենան դուրս բերեց գետից:
Ավտոմեքենայի մեջ հայտնաբերվել է վարորդի՝ Հաղարծին գյուղի բնակիչ, 41-ամյա Ժիրայր Աղաջանյանի դին:
Տեղում են նաև ոստիկանության Տավուշի մարզային վարչության պետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Կամո Ցուցուլյանը, ոստիկանության Դիլիջանի բաժնի պետ Արսեն Ոսկանյանը, ինչպես նաև ԱԻՆ ՓԾ Տավուշի մարզային վարչության հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատը՝ Դիլիջանի և Իջևանի հրշեջ-փրկարարներով:
Տեղում են նաև ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 4-րդ վաշտի 2-րդ դասակի ծառայողները՝ վաշտի հրամանատար էդգար Սուսլիյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Երեկվանից որոնողական աշխատանքներին մասնակցում էին մեծ թվով հրշեջ-փրկարարներ, ոստիկաններ, Դիլիջանի քաղաքապետի մասնակցությամբ քաղաքապետարանի ներկայացուցիչներ, Հաղարծին գյուղի ողջ բնակչությունը:
Որոնողական աշխատանքները սկսվում էին առավոտյան 06:10-ից և ավարտվում 21:00-ին ու այն ձգվում էր 20 կմ:
Տեղում այս պահին դեպքի վայրի զննություն են կատարում Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչության Դիլիջանի քննչական բաժնի խումբը՝ հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Սմբատ Սաղաթելյանի գլխավորությամբ, ում կողմից փաստի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր օր-ի 242 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի (ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահար, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է մարդու մահ) հատկանիշներով:
Քննիչի հանձնարարականով ավտոմեքենան վերամբարձ կռունկի ու քարշակի միջոցով տեղափոխվեց ոստիկանության Դիլիջանի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք:
