Էջմիածնի բնակիչը ձերբակալվել է՝ 29-ամյա համաքաղաքացուն սպանելու և սպանության փորձ կատարելու կասկածանքով
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում՝ մայիսի 10-ին Արմավիրի մարզում տեղի ունեցած սպանության և սպանության փորձի դեպքերի առթիվ քննվող քրեական գործերով իրականացված մեծածավալ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների, ինչպես նաև օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ նշված հանցագործությունները առերևույթ կատարվել են նույն անձի կողմից, պարզվել է նրա ինքնությունը, ով Էջմիածին քաղաքի բնակիչ է՝ ծնված 1975թ.: Վերջինս ձերբակալվել է
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ 2020թ. մայիսի 10-ին՝ ժամը 02:40-ի սահմաններում, անհայտ անձը, մուտք գործելով Արմավիր քաղաքի Չարենցի փողոցում գտնվող տներից մեկը, իր մոտ պահվող 16մմ տրամաչափի որսորդական հրացանով, ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, մեկ կրակոց է արձակել նույն տան 29-ամյա բնակչի ուղղությամբ և դիմել փախուստի: Վերջինս ստացված մարմնական վնասվածքներից տեղում մահացել է: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ (սպանություն) հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
Տեղեկացրել էինք նաև, որ 2020թ. մայիսի 10-ին՝ ժամը 05:00-ից մինչև 05:30-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, 41-ամյա տղամարդը, Գեղակերտ գյուղի վարչական տարածքում գտնվող իրեն պատկանող հողատարածքում նկատելով անծանոթ անձի, փորձել է պարզել իր հողատարածքում նրա գտնվելու պատճառը, որի ժամանակ վերջինս, ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու ուղղակի դիտավորությամբ, դանակով հարվածներ է հասցրել Գեղակերտ գյուղի բնակչի կենսական կարևոր օրգաններին՝ պատճառելով ծանր մարմնական վնաս, սակայն իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում հանցագործությունն ավարտին չհասցնելով՝ դիմել է փախուստի:
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ (սպանության փորձ) հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
Նկատի ունենալով, որ նշված առերևույթ հանցագործությունները կատարվել են նույն անձի կողմից՝ որոշում է կայացվել՝ հիշյալ քրեական գործերը միացնելու և նախաքննությունը մեկ վարույթում շարունակելու մասին:
Կատարվում են քննչական և դատավարական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
