Սերժ Սարգսյանի գերիշխանությունը կպահպանվի անկախ Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների անցնել-չանցնելուց

Վազգեն Ղազարյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի երեկվա հարցազրույցի ժամանակ, շատերը ֆիքսվեցին այդ հարցազրույցի հատկապես այն հատվածի վրա, որտեղ Սարգսյանին հարցնում էին՝ հետագայում առաջնային պետական պաշտոն զբաղեցնելու հավանականության մասին։ Սերժ Սարգսյանն էլ ըստ էության չբացառեց նման հավանականությունը՝ ասելով, որ դեռ ժամանակը չէ դրա մասին խոսելն ու կարևորություն չի էլ տեսնում այդ թեմայում։
Անկեղծ ասած, իրոք կարևոր էլ չէ այդ հարցադրումը, որովհետև վերադառնալով Սերժ Սարգսյանի խոսքին, նրա իշխանություն պահպանելու մասին խոսվելու է նույնիսկ եթե նա պահպանի միայն Շախմատի ֆեդերացիայի նախագահի պաշտոնը։ Ու ոչ միայն խոսելու են, այլ ըստ էության այդպես էլ լինելու է, որովհետև այդպիսի իշխանական համակարգ է ձևավորվել այս 10-15 տարիների ընթացքում։
Հարկավոր է հասկանալ, որ Հայաստանում իշխանական հիերարխիան այսօր բնավ էլ միայն օրենսդրական նորմերով ու լծակներով չի կարգավորվում։ Չի կարելի մոռանալ այն հսկայական դերի մասին, որն ունեն անձնական հարաբերություններն ու տարիների ընթացքում ձևաորված մեխանիզմները, որոնք իրավական առումով որևէ կերպ ամրագրված չեն, բայց որոնց մասին չգիտի միայն ալարկոտը։
Այնպես որ, սին են բոլոր այն խոսակցությունները, թե նոր Սահմանադրություն որևէ բան փոխելու է այս առումով։ Վստահ եղեք, Սերժ Սարգսյանը իրոք մնալու է երկրի ամենաազդեցիկ դեմքը՝ անկախ հանրաքվեի արդյունքներից ու նրանից, թե ինչ պաշտոն կզբաղեցնի։
