«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Երեւան համայնքում ուշագրավ նշանակումները չեն դադարում: Ինչպես քաղաքային իշխանությունում կամ վարչական շրջանների աշխատակազմում մեծ թիվ են կազմում, օրինակ, ոստիկանության նախկին ծառայողները, այնպես էլ մեծ թիվ են կազմում նախկին կադրերը, որոնք նախկին իշխանության ժամանակ պաշտոններ են զբաղեցրել կամ, օրինակ, աչքի ընկել այս կամ այն միջադեպերով:

 

Օրինակ՝ Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Արմեն Ազիզյանը երկար տարիներ աշխատել է Դատական ակտերի հարկադիր կատարման ծառայությունում, եղել է նախկին պետ Միհրան Պողոսյանի մտերիմը: Նրա կենսագրական տվյալների մեջ եւս նշված է, որ 2014-2016թթ. եղել է է ՀՀ ԱՆ ԴԱՀԿ ծառայության Երեւանի Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա բաժնի պետը, 2016թ. եղել է ՀՀ ԱՆ ԴԱՀԿ ծառայության Արագածոտնի մարզային բաժնի պետը, 2016-2017թթ. եղել է ՀՀ ԱՆ ԴԱՀԿ ծառայության իրավաբանական բաժնի պետը, 2019թ. դեկտեմբերի 4-ին նշանակվել է Երեւանի Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի տեղակալ:

 

Ինչպես տեսնում ենք, ԴԱՀԿ համակարգում նա հաճախ է մի տեղից մյուսը տեղափոխվել: Տարբեր հրապարակումների համաձայն՝ նա 2018 թվականի թավշյա հեղափոխության օրերին եղել է այն մարդկանցից մեկը, որը ցուցարարներին ցրելով է զբաղված եղել: Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի տեղակալի պաշտոնն այժմ զբաղեցնում է Վահան Ալեքսանյանը որը մինչ այս զբաղեցնում էր Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի աշխատակազմի քարտուղարի պաշտոնը:

 

Նա այդ պաշտոնին եղել է 6 տարի: Սակայն Վահան Ալեքսանյանն աչքի էր ընկել նաեւ 2018 թվականի թավշյա հեղափոխության ժամանակ: Այս տեսանյութում երեւում է, թե նա ինչպես է քաշքշուկի մեջ ընկնում քաղաքացիների եւ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի հետ:

 

Մինչ այդ էլ գրել էինք, որ Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջանում աշխատանքի էր անցել տարիներ առաջ կաշառք ստանալու համար մեղադրվող Արամայիս Ավետիսյանը, որը եւս իր եղբոր հետ նախկինում աչքի էր ընկել ցուցարարների հանդեպ ոչ բարյացակամ վերաբերմունքով:

 

Բարձրացված աղմուկից հետո Ավետիսյանն աշխատանքից ազատման դիմում գրեց, սակայն քաղաքային իշխանությունում նա ո°չ առաջինն է, ո°չ վերջինը:  ArmLur.am-ը նաեւ ներկայացրել էր այն աշխատակիցներին, որոնք նախկինում ոստիկանության այս կամ այն բաժնում են աշխատել, եւ նրանց պաշտոն ստանալը պատահական չէ, քանի որ ներկայիս ոստիկանապետ Արման Սարգսյանը քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանի ընկերն է»:
