SOCIETYԿառավարությունն իր այսօրվա՝ մայիսի 14-ի նիստում սահմանել է առգրավված (վերցված), կամավոր հանձնված եւ գտնված զենքերի եւ ռազմամթերքի ընդունման կարգը:
Սույն կարգով կարգավորվում է ՀՀՀ ոստիկանության ստորաբաժանումների կողմից հանրային իշխանության մարմիններից, հասարակական կազմակերպություններից, իրավաբանական եւ ֆիզիկական անձանցից առգրավված (վերցված), կամավոր հանձնված, գտնված զենքը եւ ռազմամթերքը Ոստիկանության տնտեսական վարչության զինապահեստ ընդունելու գործընթացը:
Ոստիկանության ստորաբաժանումները պարտավոր են զենքը տասնօրյա ժամկետում ուղարկել Ոստիկանության փորձաքրեագիտական վարչություն՝ հետազոտության կամ փորձաքննության, ինչպես նաեւ համապատասխան հաշվառումներով ստուգելու համար:
Ոստիկանության փորձաքրեագիտական վարչությունում հետազոտված կամ փորձաքննության ենթարկված զենքը խմբավորվում եւ պահեստավորվում է:
Վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի՝ քրեական գործի հարուցումը մերժելու մասին կամ քրեական գործը կարճելու մասին որոշումների, դատարանի օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած որոշումների կամ դատավաճիռների առկայության դեպքում, զենքը (այդ թվում՝ (իրեղեն ապացույց ճանաչված եւ դրա պահելու անհրաժեշտությունը վերացած) հանձնվում է զինապահեստ:
Ոստիկանության փորձաքրեագիտական վարչության փորձագետի եզրակացության հիման վրա Ոստիկանության տնտեսական վարչությունը կազմակերպում է զենքի ընդունումը զինապահեստ: Զինապահեստ ընդունելիս զենքը հաշվառվում է Ոստիկանության պետի հրամանով սահմանված կարգով:
Զինապահեստ ընդունված օգտագործման համար պիտանի զենքը ոչնչացման ենթակա չէ:
Օգտագործման համար պիտանի զենքը հաշվառվում է Ոստիկանության սպառազինության մեջ` հետագայում Ոստիկանության ստորաբաժանումների կողմից ծառայողական նպատակներով օգտագործելու համար:
Զինապահեստ ընդունված քաղաքացիական եւ ծառայողական զենքը հանձնվում է կոմիսիոն վաճառքի (մատակարար իրավաբանական անձի համապատասխան լիցենզիայի առկայության դեպքում), որից ստացված գումարը փոխանցվում է ՀՀ պետական բյուջե:
Զինապահեստ ընդունված օգտագործման համար ոչ պիտանի զենքը ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով ենթակա է ոչնչացման:
