Նախագահը չվճարեց «փրկագինն» ու մնաց կալանքի տակ․ քաղաքագետ
POLITICSՔաղաքագետ Ռոբերտ Մարկարյանը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է․
«Նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին կալանքի տակ պահելու դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանի ընդունած որոշումն ինձ համար անակնկալ չէր: Եվ դա ոչ թե այն պատճառով, որ նույնիսկ խափանման միջոցը փոխվելու դեպքում, մեկ է, որոշ ժամանակ անց մի այլ դատավոր կրկին կալանք կիրառելու որոշում էր ընդունելու, ինչպես դա արդեն երկու անգամ տեղի է ունեցել: Ես այդ հարցում գրեթե համոզված էի՝ նկատի առնելով այն փաստը, որ երկրորդ նախագահը, նաեւ նրան աջակցող ԶԼՄ-ներն ու շրջանակները պատրաստ չեղան վճարել խափանման միջոցը փոխելու համար պահանջված «փրկագինը»:
Կարծում եմ՝ բոլորը հիշում են ընդամենը մեկ ամիս առաջ՝ ապրիլի 7-ին, առաջին նախագահ Լեւոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի հոդվածում իշխանությունների կողմից դիպուկ կերպով երկրորդ եւ երրորդ նախագահներին առաջարկված գործարքը՝ «կարգադրել իրենց վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող լրատվամիջոցներին անմիջապես դադարեցնել իշխանությունների դեմ ծավալած կատաղի պայքարը»: Նման գործարքի առաջարկությունը բնորոշ է այսօր Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի աշխատանքային ոճին ու տարիների ընթացքում դարձել է նրա խառնվածքի բաղադրիչ տարրը:
Ինչպես կարելի էր գուշակել, առաջարկված գործարքը մերժվեց, ու այսօր ունենք այն, ինչ կարելի էր սպասել:
Առողջ դատողություն ունեցող որեւէ անձ այլեւս չի կարող կասկածել, որ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը ոչ թե մեղադրյալ, այլ իշխանությունների ձեռքում «քաղաքական պատանդ» է՝ լռեցնելու համար ներկա իշխանությունների ապաշնորհությունը մերկացնող լրատվամիջոցներին ու նաեւ կանխելու ներքաղաքական կյանքի թեժացումը: Դա է հաստատում նաեւ «Մարտի 1»-ի գործով այսպես կոչված տուժող կողմի փաստաբանական խմբի ոչ պաշտոնական խոսափողը հանդիսացող «Առաջին լրատվական»-ի չափազանց անկեղծ խորագիրը՝ «Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը զգաց ներքաղաքական թեժացման հետեւանքը»:
