Կոնվենցիայի հակառակ կողմը
POLITICSՕրերս խորհրդարանը վավերացրեց Լանզարոտեի կոնվենցիան, ինչի հետ կապված բազմաթիվ մտահոգիչ հարցեր բարձրացվեցին։ Կոնվենցիան պետություններին պարտադրում է երեխաների տարրական և միջնակարգ կրթության ընթացքում սեռական շահագործումից, սեռական բնույթի բռնություններից պաշտպանվելու հետ կապված տեղեկություններ հաղորդել երեխաներին:
Մյուս կողմից՝ մատնանշվում է երեխաների առումով «սեռական կողմնորոշում» ծայրահեղ վտանգավոր ձևակերպման ներդրման մասին:
Ուշագրավ է, որ հապճեպորեն, արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմի քողի տակ անցկացված այս փաստաթղթի շուրջ լայն քննարկում տեղի չի ունեցել։ Ըստ էության, կոնվենցիան վավերացվել է առանց հանրային քննարկումների, առանց մասնագիտական` մանկավարժական, իրավաբանական, հոգեբանական հանրույթի կարծիքն ու մոտեցումները հաշվի առնելու:
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, կոնվենցիայի ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո կարճ ժամկետներում նախատեսվում է, որ կրթական ծրագրերում համապատասխան փոփոխությանը զուգահեռ՝ կիրականացվի այդ առարկայի «դասավանդման» նպատակով մասնագետներ պատրաստելու գործընթաց։
Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, առաջիկայում կհայտնվեն կրթական հատուկ ծրագրեր, նաև դրամաշնորհային հիմքերով, իսկ սկզբնական փուլի համար մասնագետներ կգան Եվրոպայից, որոնք կներգրավվեն դասապրոցեսին՝ զուգահեռ ուսուցանելով տեղացի «մասնագետներին»։
Հավելենք, որ ըստ փորձագիտական շրջանակների ուսումնասիրությունների, մի շարք եվրոպական երկրներում (Ֆինլանդիա, Բելգիա, Նիդերլանդներ, Պորտուգալիա, Շվեդիա, Նորվեգիա) կոնվենցիայի կիրառումը ոչ միայն չի մեղմել երեխաների նկատմամբ սեռական բռնությունները, այլև իրավիճակի վատթարացման արդյունքներ են արձանագրվել:
