ANALYSISԵս մեր հարեւանների մասին որեւէ վատ բան չեմ ասել եւ չեմ ասի. ես չեմ ասել՝ որեւէ մեկը սխալ տվյալներ է հաղորդում կորոնավիրուսի վերաբերյալ, ես հարց եմ բարձրացրել, թե համոզվա՞ծ ենք, որ աշխարհի բոլոր երկրները ճիշտ տվյալներ են հաղորդում: Այս մասին այսօր՝ մայիսի 16-ին, իր մեծ ասուլիսի ժամանակ նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
Հարցին, թե ինչո՞վ է պայմանավորված, որ Վրաստանում կորոնավիրուսի հաստատված դեպքերը 7 անգամ ցածր են, իրենց կեղծ թվեր ներկայացնելո՞վ, բարի բախտո՞վ, թե լավ աշխատանքով, Փաշինյանն արձագանքեց. «Էստեղ պետք է նայել, թե ուրիշ երկրներում ինչքան թեստ է արվում: Օրինակ, երեկ մենք մոտ 1400 թեստավորում ենք արել: Եվրոպական երկրներ կան, որտեղ ասիմպտոմ հիվանդներին հիվանդ չեն էլ համարում: Տուն են ուղարկում, ասում են՝ թեյ խմեք: Այստեղ մոտեցումների տարբերություններ, նաեւ տարբեր հանգամանքներ էլ կարող են լինել:
Մենք կորոնավիրուսի բռնկումներ ունեցանք այնպիսի իրավիճակներից, որ շատ դժվար էր կանխատեսել ու կանխարգելել: Երբ մարդիկ գնացել են ջերմաչափում իրականացնեն, նրանք դռան հետեւից հետեւից ասել են՝ մենք ոչ մի պրոբլեմ չունենք, որովհետեւ ընտանեկան միջոցառում ունեին եւ չէին ուզում ոչ մի գնով դա չեղարկել: Այն ժամանակ արտակարգ դրություն չկար, եթե արտակարգ դրություն լիներ, կպարտադրեին, որ դուռը բացեն»,-հայտարարեց Փաշինյանը:
Նա նկատեց, որ կորոնավիրուսը դեռ չի ավարտվել, եւ բոլոր երկրներն էլ այդ առումով նույն վիճակում են. «Այստեղ քաղաքական մոտեցումների խնդիր էլ կա. ոչ ոք չի կարող ասել, որ այն մոտեցումները, որ այս կամ այն երկիրը որդեգրում է, դա ճիշտ է, թե սխալ: Դա իր հետեւից տնտեսական հետեւանքներ էլ է բերում: Եվրոպական շատ երկրներ իրենց մոտեցումները ընթացքում փոխել են, մեկ որոշել են լրիվ բացել, հետո նորից փակել են: Հիմա բոլորը բացում են, ոչ թե բացում են, որովհետեւ վարակը վերացել է, այլ հասկացել են, որ էլ չեն դիմանում»:
