POLITICSԵկեք չշեղվենք ամենագլխավորից։ Պատասխանելով ԶԼՄ հարցերին՝ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այսօր մի տաս անգամ օգտագործեց «Արցախի ընտրված ներկայացուցիչներ» արտահայտությունը։ Մինչ այդ էլ, դեռևս հունվարին, ԱԳՆ էր օգտագործել «Արցախի ընտրյալ ներկայացուցիչներ» արտահայտությունը, հետո էլ անամոթաբար «բացատրել» թե բա «միջազգայնորեն ընդունված տերմինոլոգիա է դեռևս 1992 թվականից»: Հունվարից մինչ օրս երևի 1000 անգամ տարբեր փորձագետներ հնարավոր և անհնար բոլոր ձևերով փորձել են հասկացնել ՀՀ իշխանություններին, որ նման «տերմինոլոգիայով» իրենք Արցախի կարգավիճակն իջեցնում՝ հավասարեցնում են Ղարաբաղի՝ այսպես կոչված ադրբեջանցիների համայնքի ստատուսին։ Հազար է բացատրվել, որ 92թ. Մարտին, երբ «Ղարաբաղի ընտրյալ ներկայացուցիչներ» արտահայտությունն օգտագործվեց, Շուշին դեռ ազատագրված չէր։ Միլիոն անգամ ենք ասել, որ «պետական իշխանություն» և «ընտրյալ ներկայացուցիչներ» հասկացությունները բովանդակային մեծ տարբերություններ ունեն։ Ու այդքանից հետո Փաշինյանը կրկին օգտագործում է «միջազգայնորեն ընդունված տերմինոլոգիան»։
Ի՞նչ է սա նշանակում։
Պատասխանը, կարծում եմ, ակնհայտ է։ Փաշինյանն ու իր կամակատար Մնացականյանը ստում են, երբ ասում են, որ բանակցությունների սեղանին որևէ փաստաթուղթ չկա, իրենք էլ «կիրթ» ու «կառուցողական տրամադրված» Ալիևի հետ բան չեն պայմանավորվում։ Ուրեմն ասեմ, իմացեք՝ «Արցախի ընտրված ներկայացուցիչներ» արտահայտությունը հենց այդ պայմանավորվածությունների վկայությունն է։ Նույնիսկ ավելի խոսուն վկայություն, քան, օրինակ, «ժողովուրդներին խաղաղության նախապատրաստելու» ծրագրի շրջանակում իրականացված հայ և ադրբեջանցի լրագրողների այցերն էին Արցախ, ՀՀ և Ադրբեջան։ Փաշինյանն ու Մնացականյանը, իհարկե, այդ «խաղաղասիրական» նախաձեռնությունն էլ չեն ընկալում որպես բանակցություններում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածություն։ Ու նաև Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների հետ հաստատված ուղիղ կապը։ Բայց դրանից հարցի էությունը չի փոխվում։ Լավ էլ բանակցում են ու, դատելով այդ բանակցությունների արդյունքում իրենց բառամթերք մտած նոր արտահայտություններից, կարելի է ենթադրել, թե ինչն ինչոց է։
