Մենք առաջնահերթություն ենք տալիս այն երեխաներին, որոնց ծնողները չեն կարողանում ապահովել երեխաների խնամքը տանը՝ կապված իրենց աշխատանքի հետ. այսինքն առաջնահերթություն են ունենալու մանկապարտեզ գալու այն երեխաները, որոնց ծնողները աշխատում են, աշխատում է միայն մայրը կամ անապահով ընտանիքի երեխաներ են: Այս մասին այսօր՝ մայիսի 18-ին, ասուլիսի ժամանակ նշեց Երեւանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Տիգրան Վիրաբյանը:

Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ շուրջ 61 հազար ծնողների շրջանում հարցում է արվել եւ նրանցից մոտ 11 հազարը գտնվում է այս կարգավիճակում, եւ ցանկություն է հայտնել երեխային բերել մանկապարտեզ:

Փոխքաղաքապետը ներկայացրեց սահմանված կանոնները, որոնցով աշխատելու են մանկապարտեզները. «Բացառում ենք ծնողների մուտքը մանկապարտեզ: Երեխաներին դիմավորում են մանկապարտեզի աշխատակիցները, հեռավար ջերմաչափում են անում, եւ համոզվելով, որ չունի ջերմություն, ընդունում են մանկապարտեզ»,-ասաց նա՝ կոչ անելով ծնողներին համբերատար կերպով պահել հեռավորություն պահպանելու կանոնները:

Նա հավելեց, որ մեկ անգամ էլ երեխայի ջերմությունը չափում են վերջում, եւ եթե պարզվում է, որ ջերմություն ունի, հորդորում են երեխային չբերել մանկապարտեզ. «Խմբերում լինելու են 8-10 հոգի: Մանկապարտեզում հրաժարվելու ենք այն խաղատեսակներից ու խաղալիքներից, որոնց վրա վարակը կարող է երկար մնալ: Հրաաժարվելու ենք այն միջոցառումներից, որոնք ենթադրում են երեխաների սերտ շփում»,-ընդգծեց Վիրաբյանը:

Նա ըանեւ ընդգծեց, որ ռիսկային գոտում գտնվող աշխատակիցները աշխատանքի չեն գա, բայց կվճարվեն ամբողջությամբ: Մանկապարտեզներն օրական երկու անգամ կախտահանվեն:

Ինչ վերաբերում է սննդին, նույն կերպ է իրականացվելու, ինչպես նախկինում, սակայն որոշակի սննդատեսակների դեպքում փաթեթավորման փոփոխություն է արվել:

«Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանն արդեն իսկ պատվիրել է 160 հազարից ավելի դիմակներ եւ մի քանի հազար լիտր ալկոգել: Այո, սա մեզ համար փորձություն է, պետք է կարողանանք հաղթահարել այն: Այն աշխատկիցները, որոնք չեն ենթարկվի կանոններին, կվտանգեն երեխաների ու նրանց ընտանիքների կյանքերը, այդ աշխատակիցներից մենք շատ արագ կազատվենք, նրանք կմաքրվեն: Նրանց հետ ոչ մի կոմպրոմիս չի լինելու: Նրանք, որոնք իրենց կամքով չեն ցանկանա աշախատել, չեն վճարվի, իսկ որոնք այս պայմաններում կգան աշխատանքի 100 տոկոսով կվճարվեն եւ մենք կփորձենք գտնել տարբերակներ լրացուցիչ խրախուսումների համար»:
