Թե ինչպես սվինին «փոխարինեց» սովորական բացիչը
ՀԱՆՐԱՀԱՅՏ ՄՈԼՈՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐԱմեն հանճարեղ բան պարզության մեջ է: Սա կարելի է ասել բազմաթիվ հայտնագործությունների մասին: Առօրյա կյանքում մարդիկ շատ իրեր են օգտագործում, որոնք, թվում է, անհնար է առանձնահատուկ անվանել, բայց առանց դրանց անհնար է ապրել: Օրինակ՝ ինչքան դժվար է առանց խցանահանի գինու շիշ բացելը, դրա համար պետք է շատ տանջվել, իսկ արդյունքն էլ երբեմն զրոյական է լինում՝ շիշը կոտրվում է: Նույն կերպ առանց պահածոյի բացիչի դժվար է բացել պահածոյի տուփը կամ էլ լիմոնադի շիշը: Առաջին հայացքից պահածոյի բացիչը սովորական առարկա է և ինչ-որ առանձնահատկություն չունի, բայց, օրինակ՝ առանց դրա ճանապարհորդը չի կարող յոլա գնալ: Պարզ է, որ պահածոյի բացիչի պատմությունը սկսվել է պահածոյացված կերակուրի ստեղծմամբ: Նապոլեոնի օրոք 1795 թվականին ֆրանսիացիները երթերի ժամանակ բախվել են բանակին անվտանգ սնունդ մատակարարելու խնդրին:
Պետք էր հնարավորինս արագ կերպով կերակրել մեծ թվով զինվորների, և, միևնույն ժամանակ, կերակուրը պետք է երկար ժամանակ թարմ մնար: Այդ իսկ պատճառով նրանք որոշել են փակել սնունդը ապակե տարաներում: Հենց այդ ժամանակ էլ հայտնվել է մի «բայց», որը ենթադրում էր հրաժարվել պահածոների օգտագործումից:
Զինվորների համար պահածոները բացելը բավականին խնդրահարույց էր: Սկզբից զինվորները պահածոն բացելու համար օգտագործում էին սովորական սվինը, որը միշտ էլ ձեռքի տակ ուներ յուրաքանչյուր զինվոր: Հետագայում ամերիկացիները պահածոների հարցում ավելի են առաջ գնացել:
Նրանք վերցրել են պահածոյի գաղափարը և սկսել սնունդը պահածոյացնել անագե տարաներում: Սկզբնապես պահածոների այդ տուփերը բացել են մուրճի և դանակի օգնությամբ: Իհարկե, դժվար է նման մեթոդը, մեղմ ասած, համարել հարմար: Այդ իսկ պատճառով 1958 թվականին Էզրա Ուորները մեկ քայլ առաջընթաց է կատարել և ստեղծել պահածոյի դանակ:
Նրա ստեղծած դանակը նման էր ցուլի գլխի, որի համար էլ հենց ստացել է «ցլի գլուխ» անվանումը: Այդ դանակով հնարավոր էր ոչ միայն թիթեղյա պահածոներ բացել, այլ նաև ապակյա պահածոներ և շշեր:
Այդ իսկ պատճառով ԽՍՀՄ-ում այդ «ցլի գլուխը» մարդիկ սկսել են ուղղակի անվանել «բացիչ»: Ցանկացած այլ հայտնագործության նման պահածոյի բացիչը ժամանակի ընթացքում բազմիցս փոփոխվել և բարելավվել է: Ավելի ուշ այդ բացիչը ավտոմատացվել է: Բայց, չնայած դրան, գրեթե յուրաքանչյուր խոհանոցում դեռ կա այն նույն պահածոյի դանակը, որը նման է իր «նախնուն»՝«ցլի գլխին»:
