Արցախի «Արդարություն» կուսակցությունը կոչ է անում զերծ մնալ ակնհայտ քաղաքական երանգ ունեցող քրեական հետապնդումներ իրականացնելուց

Արցախի «Արդարություն» կուսակցությունը 2020 թ ապրիլի 30-ին միջոցառում էր իրականացրել, որի շրջանակում հանձնել է նամակներ արցախյան հակամարտության կարգավորման շուրջ տեղի ունեցող զարգացումների, քողարկված գործընթացի և իր դիրքորոշման վերաբերյալ՝ ԱՀ նախագահին, ԱՀ ԱԺ նախագահին, ԱՀ ԱԳ նախարարին և ԱՀ նորընտիր նախագահին։ Միջոցառումն իրականացվել է մարդու իրավունքների և հիմնարար ազատությունների միջազգային կոնվենցիանների և ԱՀ օրենքների շրջանակում, պահպանվել են համավարակի բոլոր նորմերը, սոցիալական հեռավորություն, դիմակների և ձեռնոցների պարտադիր կրում։ Նույն օրը երեկոյան ԱՀ Ստեփանակերտի ոստիկանության բաժանմունք են հրավիրվել Արցախի Արցախի «Արդարություն» կուսակցության համանախագահ Հակոբ Հակոբյանը և հիմնադիր անդամ Դավիթ Գալստյանը նյութեր նախապատրաստելու կապակցությամբ: ԱՀ ոստիկանության Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի վարչության ավագ հետաքննիչ, ոստիկանության կապիտան Ս.Ռ.Սարգսյանի 2020 թվականի մայիսի 11-ի որոշմամբ՝ հարուցվել է թիվ 14305420 համարով քրեական գործ: Արցախի «Արդարություն» կուսակցությունը դիմել է ԱՀ գլխավոր դատախազություն և բողոքարկել վերոնշյալ որոշումը։ Արցախի «Արդարություն» կուսակցությունը գտնում է, որ իշխանությունները գործել են ոչ իրավաչափ, խախտել են ժողովրդավարության և մարդու հիմնարար իրավունքն՝ իրականացնելով քրեական հետապնդում կուսակցության անդամների նկատմամբ։ Արցախի «Արդարություն» կուսակցությունը կոչ է անում Արցախի Հանրապետության քաղաքական իշխանությանը զերծ մնալ խիստ վիճելի ու ակնհայտ քաղաքական երանգ ունեցող քրեական գործեր ու քրեական հետապնդումներ իրականացնելուց։
