Իսկ ո՞ւմ հետ «կապ ունի» երկրի վարչապետը
POLITICS«Ես այդ մարդկանց հետ կապ չունեմ»: Այս արտահայտությունն արել է երկրի վարչապետը: Ոչ ընդդիմադիր Փաշինյանը, այլ ամբողջ Հայաստանի վարչապետ Փաշինյանը: Նման հայտարարություն նա արել է այն մարդկանց հասցեին, որոնք հավատում են իշխանության հետ կապված այս կամ այն բացասական տեղեկությանը:
Սա երևի ամենավտանգավոր ձևակերպումներից մեկն է, որ կարող էր տալ հանրապետության վարչապետը: Այստեղ մի քանի խնդիր կա:
Աշխարհի բոլոր երկրներում ոչ մի ուժ իշխանության չի գալիս թալանելու, ապօրինություն անելու, վատ կառավարելու կամ մարդկանց կյանքը չլավացնելու խոստումներով: Ընդհակառակը: Սակայն հաճախ լինում է հակառակը, ու շատ բնական է, որ մարդիկ կարող են նաև կասկածել: Շատ բնական է, որ մարդիկ կարող են հավատալ նշյալ կարգի տեղեկություններին: Հնարավոր չէ միշտ վստահություն պահել «ազնիվ խոսքի» վրա: Իսկ հերքելը միայն ստանդարտ նախադասությունը չէ, թե «այդ տեղեկություններն իրականությանը չեն համապատասխանում», կոնկրետ հակափաստարկներ են պետք մարդկանց:
Մյուս կողմից՝ չի կարող վարչապետը «կապ չունենալ» երկրի որևէ քաղաքացու հետ, ինչ դիրքորոշում էլ նա ունենա, ի սկզբանե ընդդիմադիր եղած լինի, հիասթափված, թե կասկածող: Հակառակ դեպքում մի օր գործող իշխանությունը կարող է «կապ ունենալ» միայն փոքրամասնության հետ: Առավել ևս, երբ իշխանության հետ որոշակի հարցերում անհամաձայն մարդիկ հիմա էլ սորտավորվում են «փչացածության աստիճանով»:
Ընդ որում, վարչապետն այս ամենն ասում էր բղավելով, նույնիսկ ձեռքերի «հայտնի» ժեստով, որը մեկ անգամ չէ, որ Փաշինյանն արել է, նաև ընդդիմադիր ժամանակ:
