Ինչո՞ւ հայկական ավիաընկերությունները Ռուսաստանից հայերի չեն տեղափոխում

Իմ ամեն հարցազրույցից հետո, որտեղ ես հանրությանը, առանց թաքցնելու, ներկայացնում եմ հայկական ավիացիայի ներկա իրավիճակը, պատճառները, և ստեղծված իրավիճակից ելքի միջազգայնորեն ընդունված կարգավորումները, ռուսալեզու մամուլում և «անկաշառ» բլոգերների մոտ սկսվում է հիստերիայի հերթական սրացումը:

Ահավասիկ` Արցախից Մոսկվա «թռած» ոմն «բլոգեր» Roman Baghdasaryan Infoteka 24 ռուսալեզու կայքում հոդված է տեղադրել հարցադրմամբ, թե` «Զվարթնոցում» իմ պաշտպանած հայկական «Արմենիա» և «Ատլանտիս» ավիաընկերություններն ունեն 3 օդանավ: Ինչու՞ նրանք ՌԴ-ից Հայաստան չեն տեղափոխում այնտեղ մնացած ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին: Ինչով կհիմնավորեյին հայկական ավիափոխադրողների կարևորության մասին իմ պնդումները: Ու, որ ես շարունակում եմ քարկոծել իշխանություններին միայն քարկոծելու նպատակով:

Կարծում եմ լավ հարց է:

ՆԱԽ`

Հայկական ավիաընկերությունները դեպի ՌԴ թռիչքներ չեն կատարում (ՈւՇԱԴՐՈւԹՅՈւՆ) ՀՀ Քաղաքացիական Ավիացիայի Կոմիտեյից այդ թռիչքները կատարելու թույլտվությունը չստանալու պատճառով:

Բացատրությունը`
Քանի որ COVID-19 պատճառով «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանը կարող է սպասարկել սահմանափակ քանակությամբ` օրեկան ոչ ավելի, քան 200 ուղևոր, իսկ այդ քանակությունն արդեն (ՈւՇԱԴՐՈւԹՅՈւՆ) ամրագրված են ռուսական ավիաընկերությունների կողմից:
Համոզված եմ, որ ազգն իրավունք ունի ճանաչել իր «հերոսներին»:
Եվ ՀՀ ՔԱԿ-ը կամ կհերքի մեղադրանքս, ինչին կհետևի զրպարտության համար դատարան դիմելը, կամ կհաստատի տեղեկությունս, ինչով կպատասխանի իր «հովանավորի»
հարցին:

Ավելացնեմ, որ ավելի ուշ ՔԱԿ-ը, ի վերջո կռահել է իր գործողության անթաքույց հակապետական «Անհեթեթությունը» և ի վերջո Մայիսի 23-ի համար «Արմենիա» ավիաընկերությանը թույլտվություն է տվել դեպի Վորոնեժ մեկ թռիչք կատարելու:

Ես իմ հարցազրույցներից ու հրապարակումներից և ոչ մեկում ոչ մի անձնավորված մեղադրանք չեմ արտահայտել: Ասել եմ, և պնդում եմ` ոլորտի կառավարումը համակարգային խնդիր է, և այդ համակարգը հնարավոր էր, նույնիսկ նրա բացարձակ բացակայության պայմաններում, կարգավորել 3-4 ամսում:
Զրոյից:
Ինչի համար կպահանջվի ոչ ավելի գումար, քան նախորդ տարվա գործուղումներին հատկացվածի կեսը:

Եվ մեղադրանքները, նախկինների թերություններին վերագրելու փորձերը, Եվրոպական Ավիացիոն Անվտանգության Գործակալության ծայրահեղ բացասական գնահատականի պատճառները, ICAO աուդիտը շատ բարձր` միջազգային նորմերին 84%-ից ավել համապատասխանությամբ ներկայացրած ԱՎԻԱՑԻՈՆ իշխանություններին վերագրելը շարունակում եմ համարել անբարոյական սուտ:

ՀՀ Ավիացիոն իշխանությունները կարիք ունեն արմատական վերափոխումների: Ավելի ճիշտ` վերակազմավորման, 1,5 տարում հիմնովի քանդածը զրոյից ստեղծելու համար: (տեխնիկական մասով)

Ինչպես նաև ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից վարվող քաղաքականության արմատական վերանայման (քաղաքական բաղկացուցիչը)

Դա Հայաստանի համար ինքնիշխանության կարևորագույն գործիքի` Տեղական ավիաընկերությունների կայացման միակ ուղին է:
