Անուշ Ղավալյանը թողնում է Արցախի ԱԺ նախագահի խորհրդականի պաշտոնը
POLITICSԱրցախի ԱԺ նախագահի խորհրդական Անուշ Ղավալյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.
«Կան սկզբունքներ ու արժեքներ, որոնք պահելը կարևոր է, քաղաքականության մեջ՝ առավել ևս։ Հենց այս գիտակցումով էլ այսօր թողնում եմ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահի խորհրդականի պաշտոնը։
Այստեղ մանրամասն չեմ նկարագրելու անցած վեց տարիների գործունեությունս. խորհրդարանի աշխատանքի հրապարակայնությունն ապահովելուն միտված փոփոխություններից մինչև արտաքին կապերի համակարգում, կատարվել են բոլորի աչքի առաջ։ Իհարկե, չեմ պատրաստվում նաև ամեն ինչ վերագրելու ինձ. այն թիմային աշխատանքի և ժողովրդավարական ղեկավարման արդյունք է։ Հենց սրա մասին էլ մի փոքր կգրեմ։
Երբ ղեկավարդ խրախուսում է նոր ու ստեղծագործական մոտեցումները, համբերատար լսում է բոլոր փաստարկներդ մինչև վերջ, եթե անգամ համաձայն չէ, նկատողություն տալու փոխարեն օգնում է ուղղելու սխալներդ կամ բացթողումներդ, միշտ ազատ է թողնում որոշումներ կայացնելիս, պահանջում է ասել այն, ինչ անկեղծորեն մտածում ես, եթե անգամ իր սրտով չէ, որովհետև, ինչպես ինքն է ասում, ականջահաճո զրույցներ ուրիշներն էլ են անում, ընդառաջում է վերապատրաստվելու ու ինքնազարգանալու ցանկությանդ, խորհուրդ է տալիս ուրիշների արած վատություններին չպատասխանել նույն կերպ ու ներել, ապա հասկանում ես, որ ղեկավարման մասին դասագրքային օրինակներն իրենց հիմքում նախատիպ ունենում են։
Շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում մեր՝ արդեն ընտանիք դարձած թիմին, Արցախի և ՀՀ պետական համակարգի գործընկերներիս, իմ շատ սիրելի լրագրողներին ու անծանոթ այն մարդկանց, որոնք իրենց խոսքերով կամ նամակներով ոգևորել են ինձ։
