«Կոնցեպտուալ փոփոխություններ են լինելու». Կառավարությունը հավանություն տվեց երկու օրենսգրքերին
POLITICSԿառավարությունն իր այսօրվա՝ մայիսի 21-ի նիստում ընդունեց չզեկուցվող հարցերի մեջ ներառված երկու խոշոր օրինագծեր: Կառավարությունը հավանություն տվեց ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի նախագծին եւ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի նախագծին:
Արդարադատության նախարար Ռուստամ Բադասյանը նշեց, որ այս օրենսգրքերով առաջարկվում են կոնցեպտուալ փոփոխություններ, իրավաբանական անձանց քրեական պատասխանատվության ինստիտուտն է ներդրվում, բազմաթիվ այլընտրանքային խափանման միջոցներ են ներդրվում, որը կբերի կալանքի թվի նվազեցման. «Օպերատիվ հետախուզության մի շարք տեսակներ բերվում են քրեական դատավարություն՝ գաղտնի քննչական գործողությունների տեսքով, որոնք ապահովելու են որպեսզի ստացված տեղեկությունները որպես ապացույց օգտագործվեն քրեական դատավարությունում եւ մի շարք այլ կոնցեպտուալ փոփոխություններ:
Մենք այսօր մեր կայքում կհրապարակենք բոլոր փոփոխությունները, որպեսզի հանրությունը տեղյակ լինի եւ ԱԺ-ում մասնակցի քննարկումներին»,-ասաց նախարարը:
Նա շնորհակալություն հայտնեց ԵՊՀ իրավաբանական ֆակուլտետին, որի գիտնականներն են աշխատել նախագծի վրա, ինչպես նաեւ Եվրոպայի խորհրդին:
Իր հերթին վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասաց, որ այդ փաթեթների հրապարակային քննարկումը տեղի կունենա ԱԺ-ում, դրա համար որոշել են այն նորից կառավարության նիստում չքննարկել, քանի որ բավարար չափով քննարկվել է:
«Հույս ունեմ, որ մեր քրեաիրավական վիճակը էականորեն կփոխվի այս օրենքների ընդունման արդյունքում»,-ասաց նա:
