«Իմ քայլը» կարող է փլուզվել․ համաշխարհային տրենդը դա հնարավոր դարձնում է

Կորոնավիրուսի համաճարակի քաղաքական հետևանքները տեսանելի են հատկապես այն երկրներում, որտեղ իշխանության ղեկին պոպուլիստներ են կամ պոպուլիստական տրենդի ներկայացուցիչներ։ Օրինակ՝ Դոնալդ Թամփը, որը մինչև համաճարակը գրեթե չէր կասկածում իր վերընտրության հարցում, հիմա չի բացառում, որ կարող է պարտվել կորոնավիրուսին՝ իշխանությունը հանձնելով Ջո Բայդենին։ Սակայն մեր իրականությանն ավելի նման է Ֆրանսիան։
2017-ի նախագահական ընտրություններում Էմանուել Մակրոնի հաղթանակն, ըստ էության, հեղափոխություն էր, էլեկտորալ հեղափոխություն, որն արմատապես փոխեց Հինգերորդ հանրապետության քաղաքական համակարգը, նրա ստատուս քվոն։ Դա իր արտացոլումը գտավ 2017-ի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում, երբ Մակրոնի նորաստեղծ «Առաջ, հանրապետություն» կուսակցությունը բացարձակ մեծամասնություն ստացավ օրենսդիր մարմնում։
Մակրոնի մեծամասնությունը ձևավորվել էր նույն սկզբունքով․ ինչպես՝ մեր «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցությունը․ դա տարբեր խմբերի, անհատների համախումբ էր՝ միավորման հիմքում չունենալով քաղաքական, գաղափարական մոտիվներ, կամ ինչպես Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է ասում՝ «իզմեր»։
Այդ՝ քաղաքական առումով, ամորֆ մեծամասնությունը համեմատաբար կայուն էր, քանի բարձր էր Մակրոնի վարկանիշը։ Ֆրանսիայի գործող նախագահի վարկանիշի անկումը նկատելի էր դեռ մինչև համաճարակը, դրանից հետո այն ավելի ցայտուն դարձավ, ինչն անմիջապես ազդեց նաև խորհրդարանական դասավորության վրա։ Էմանուել Մակրոնը խորհրդարանի ստորին պալատում կորցրել է բացարձակ մեծամասնությունը: Մայիսի 19-ին, մի շարք պատգամավորներ դուրս են եկել նրա կուսակցության խմբակցությունից և ձևավորել «Բնապահպանություն, ժողովրդավարություն, համերաշխություն» կոչվող քաղաքական նոր խումբ: Ֆրանսիայի 577-տեղանոց խորհրդարանում Մակրոնի կուսակցությունը հիմա 288 մանդատ ունի:
«Իմ քայլը», կրկնում եմ, գրեթե նույն սկզբունքով է ձևավորվել, ինչ Մակրոնի մեծամասնությունը։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վարկանիշային անկումը շարունակվում է ու ամենևին չի բացառվում, որ մոտ ապագայում «Իմ քայլը» խորհրդարանական խմբակցությունն անցի տրասֆորմացիաների ու ֆիլտրումների ճանապարհով։
