POLITICS«Մեկ Հայաստան» կուսակցության համահիմնադիր Վլադիմիր Մարտիրոսյանն անդրադառնալով երկրում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձություններին և իշխանությունների կողմից ձեռնարկվող քայլերին, ֆեյսբուք սոցիալական ցանի իր միկրոբլոգում գրել է.
Հեղափոխականները սկզբից ասում էին, որ « դմփ դմփ հուու՜» արել է յուրաքանչյուրը, իսկ հիմա ասում են, որ հենց այդ նույն յուրաքանչյուրը ուզում է «դնել դմփցնել»: «Դմփ-դմփ հուից» մինչև «դնել դմփցնելը» մեկ քայլ է և այդ մեկ քայլի զոհը մի ողջ երկիր է իր հավաքական շահով և գերակայություններով , իսկ շահառուն այս ամենը չընկալող և «դմփցնելուց հրաժարվողը», իսկ իրականում այդ հանգամանքը նույնիսկ ապրիորի չհերքողը:
1.Պարադոքս է, երբ արտակարգ դրության պայմաններում իշխանությունները ձեռնարկում են այնպիսի քայլեր, որոնց հետին նպատակն անգամ ամենաթույլ երևակայություն ունեցողների մոտ լուրջ կասկածների տեղիք է տալիս:
Սա անվանենք ստիպված փախուստ համավարակի՞ց, թե՞ ՍԴ հանրաքվեից:
Պարադոքս է, երբ իշխանությունը կարևորում է ոչ թե դիմակ կրելը, այլ այն գնելը: Ու այսքանից հետո ինչքան էլ չցանկանաս, այնուամենայնիվ, թեկուզև ենթագիտակցորեն, չես կարողանում չտեսնել դիմակի արտադրությամբ ու իրացմամբ զբաղվողների ու իշխանությունների բիզնես շահերի համընկնումը:
Սա անվանենք «հավատում եք հավատացեք», թե՞ «մեզ չի հետաքրքրում թե ինչին կհավատաք»:
2. Պարադոքս է, երբ իշխանությունները համավարակի տարածման դեմ պայքարի շրջանակներում անձի տեղորոշման համակարգ են ներդրում, սակայն արդյունքում բնակչության վարակման տեմպերն ու ծավալները գնալով աճում են:
Սա անվանենք «սեփական որոշումների անհրաժեշտության սնանկ հիմնավորում», թե ինչ՞: Վերջապես հարցնելու ենք չէ՞ տեղորոշման միջոցով ինչպիսի՞ կանխարգելիչ արդյունքներ ունեք:
Պարադոքս է, որ համավարակի պայմաններում իշխանությունների գլխավոր մտահոգությունը ոչ թե դրա դեմ պայքարի արդյունավետ գործիքների կիրառումն է, այլ դրա անվան տակ արտակարգ դրության ընձեռած բոլոր հնարավորությունները սեփական խնդիրների լուծմանը և քաղաքական անվտանգությանը ծառայեցնելը:
