POLITICS«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Արայիկ Հարությունյանի երդմնակալությանը հաջորդած բացօթյա խրախճանքին մասնակցած բոլոր արցախցի հյուրերին պլանավորում են թեստավորել։ Տեղեկությունը հաստատեց նորընտիր նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Վահրամ Պողոսյանը՝ խոստովանելով, որ միջոցառման կազմակերպիչները թերացել են կազմակերպչական հարցերում, հյուրերի միջեւ չի պահպանվել սոցիալական հեռավորությունը, ի տարբերություն բուն երդման միջոցառման, որի ժամանակ դահլիճում ազատ տեղեր էին թողնվել։
Թեեւ Հարությունյանի ինաուգուրացիան նշանավորվեց Թթենիների պուրակում խնջույքի՝ աղմուկ առաջացրած լուսանկարով, սակայն այն ստվերեց առանցքային հարցեր, ինչպիսիք հյուրերի ընտրությունն է։
Արցախի նորընտիր իշխանությունները հրավիրել էին «հեղափոխական էլիտային», նախկին եւ ներկա շատ պաշտոնյաներ, քաղաքական գործիչներ անտեսվել էին։ Օրինակ, հրավեր չէր եղել ՍԴ նախագահ Հրայր Թովմասյանին, կաթողիկոսին, ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին եւ նույնիսկ ՀՅԴ հայաստանյան կառույցին։
Մինչդեռ դահլիճում էր, ասենք, Գուրգեն Արսենյանը։ Խոսնակը չհամաձայնեց, թե քաղաքական կոնտեքստով է կատարվել հյուրերի ընտրությունը, ասաց հակառակը՝ չեն խառնվելու Հայաստանի ներքին խնդիրներին, պահպանելու են չեզոքություն։ ՀՅԴ-ի մասով ասաց, որ հրավիրել են միայն Արցախի Դաշնակցությանը։
Նկատեց, որ Արցախի բնակչության 50, Հայաստանի՝ 80 տոկոսը նեղացել է իրենցից, քանի որ շատերն Արայիկ Հարությունյանի հետ ջերմ հարաբերություններ ունեն։ «Անձամբ ես չեմ կազմել ցանկը, չեմ կարող ասել՝ ինչու․․․ բայց մենք առաջնորդվել ենք՝ ելնելով ներկա իրավիճակից, չէինք կարող բոլորին հրավիրել, կաթողիկոսի հարցում էլ նույն Դաշնակցության սկզբունքով ենք առաջնորդվել, սովորաբար երդմնակալությանն այստեղ Պարգեւ սրբազանն է լինում։
Հրավիրվել են հիմնականում գործարարները, որոնք ներդրումներ են կատարել Արցախի համար, բայց կրկին բոլորին հնարավոր չի եղել հրավիրել, հույս ունենք, որ նրանք էլ մեզնից չեն նեղացել եւ խորհրդարանականները»։
