POLITICSՔաղաքագետ Գագիկ Համբարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան գրառմամբ անդրադարձել է Վատիկանում ՀՀ նախկին դեսպան Միքայել Մինասյանի վերջին տեսաելույթում բացահայտած սկանդալային փաստերին: Այս առիթով Համբարյանը գրել է.
«Ինչպես է Փաշինյանը փչացնում հայ-վրացական հարաբերությունները
Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և նրա կառավարության անդամները վերջին օրերին ամեն ինչ անում են, որ առանց այդ էլ ընդամենը "կենացների մակարդակում" գտնվող հայ-վրացական "եղբայրական" հարաբերություններն ընդհանրապես գահավիժեն...
Վատիկանում ՀՀ նախկին դեսպան Միքայել Մինասյանն իր վերջին տեսաելույթում բացահայտեց սկանդալային փաստեր այն մասին, թե ինչպես է Նիկոլը 14 հազար 875 կիլոգրամ ծխախոտ արտահանել Աբխազիա՝ մի երկրամաս, որը պաշտոնական Թբիլիսին համարում է Ռուսաստանի կողմից օկուպացված, իսկ պաշտոնական Մոսկվան էլ այն համարում է անկախ երկրիր... Հայաստանը չի ճանաչել Աբխազիայի անկախությունը՝ գիտակցելով, թե ինչ վիճակում կարող է հայտնվել...
Եթե նույնիսկ պատկերացնենք, որ ծխախոտը Փաշինյաններն Աբխազիա չեն արտահանել, այլ դա արել է ինչ-որ մեկը՝ միևնույն է դա դիվանագիտական սկանդալի պատճառ է դառնալու, քանի որ չէր կարող ՊԵԿ-ը թույլ տալ ծխախոտի ինչ-որ արտահանողի այն վաճառքի համար ՌԴ-ի տարածքով արտահանել մի երկիր, որը Երևանի կողմից ճանաչված չէ... Ավելին, քանի որ Վրաստանը Աբխազիան համարում է իր տարածքը, ապա ստացվում է, որ Աբխազիա ծխախոտ ներմուծող հայ առևտրական/ները մաքսանենգ ճանապարով այն տեղափոխել են ՌԴ-ից Վրաստանի տարածք՝ խախտելով Վրաստանի բազմաթիվ օրենքներ...
Այս ամենին նաև գումարվեց Հայաստանի առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանի անհեռատես և տգետ հակավրացական ելույթը, որին արդեն տարբեր մակարդակներով և բավական կոշտ արձագանքում են Թբիլիսիից...
Այսպիսով, Փաշինյանն ու նրա կառավարության անդամները մոռանալով Հայաստանի աշխարհագրական դիրքը և ընդհանրապես դիվանագիտական էթիկան, չունենալով պետական մտածելակերպ և առաջնորդվելով զուտ անձնական շահերից ամեն ինչ անում են, որպեսզի առանց այդ էլ թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի պրեսսինգի տակ գտնվող Վրաստանն էլ ավելի սաստկացնի իր քաղաքականությունը Հայաստանի և Արցախի նկատմամբ...
Վերջին շրջանում մաքսանենգ ճանապարհով Հայաստանից այս քանակությամբ ծխախոտի դուրս բերումը, շատ մեծ հարված է նաև մեր երկրի միջազգային իմիջին, որը նմանվում է "բանանային" հանրապետություններին...
Հ.Գ. Չեմ զարմանա, եթե ինչ-որ մի օր պարզվի, որ շատ հզոր, բայց "ահնայտ" ծխախոտի մաքսանենգներն անձնական շահից դուրս գալով ծխախոտ են արտահանել նաև Հյուսիսային Կիպրոս կամ Կոսովո...»:
