POLITICSԱրցախի հերոս, «Միասնական հայրենիք» կուսակցության նախագահ Սամվել Բաբայանի և Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի միջև հուշագիր է ստորագրվել: Այս մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արցախի նորընտիր նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի մամուլի քարտուղար Վահրամ Պողոսյանը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ հուշագրի հիմնական բովանդակությունը ծրագրերի համապատասխանեցումն է միմյանց․ «Հուշագրի հիմքում երկրի զարգացման համար ներկայացված նախընտրական ծրագրերը և համատեղ աշխատանքն ու քաղաքական պատասխանատվության կիսումն է՝ առաջին հերթին խորհրդարանում։ Այն հիմնականում վերաբերում է խորհրդարանական համատեղ աշխատանքին։ Բնականաբար, քաղաքական համագործակցությունը չենք կարող բացառել, որը կարող է տարածվել նաև գործադիր մարմնում, բայց այս պահին շեշտը դրված է երկու կուսակցությունների ծրագրերին»,- ասաց նա։ Ըստ տեղեկությունների՝ Սամվել Բաբայանը նշանակվելու է Արցախի անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար` փոխարինելով Արշավիր Ղարամյանին՝ ի պատասխան մեր հարցի Պողոսյանն ասաց, որ նշանակումների հարց չի քննարկվել և հավաստիացրեց՝ այս պահին ևս չի քննարկվում։ Այնուամենայնիվ Պողոսյանից հետաքրքրվեցինք՝ Բաբայանի թեկնածությունը դիտարկվո՞ւմ է այդ պաշտոնը զբաղեցնելու համար․ «Այս պահին որևէ մեկի թեկնածությունը չի դիտարկվում, ոչ միայն պարոն Բաբայանի, այլև որևէ անձի անուն այդ պաշտոնի համար չի քննարկվում, բայց հաշվի առնելով մեր քաղաքական համագործակցությունը՝ ոչինչ չենք կարող բացառել»,- ասաց Վահրամ Պողոսյանը։
