Ցավոք սրտի բոլոր տրամաբանական վերլուծությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ այս տեմպի պահպանման դեպքում վաղ թե ուշ անհրաժեշտություն է առաջանալու կրկին անգամ կարանտինային խստացված ռեժիմին անցնել: Վերոգրյալը կարող է անհրաժեշտ լինել որպեսզի համաճարակի այս ահագնացող տեմպը գոնե մի փոքր կոտրվի և առողջապահական համակարգի ծանրաբեռնվածությունը մի փոքր թեթևանա: Այնուամենայնիվ եթե մոտ ապագայում կրկին անգամ անցնենք խստացված ռեժիմին, ապա կառավարությունը պետք է այնպես անի որ կարանտինային ռեժիմը բարձիթողի վիճակում չլինի: Այսինքն հստակ պետք է գործեն սահմանափակումները: Սակայն վերոգրյալի արդյունավետության համար անհրաժեշտ է որ կառավարությունը հստակորեն մի քանի կետեր իրականացնի: Առաջին՝ հնարավորինս ապահովել բնակչությանը սոցիալական պահանջները, որովհետև սոված մարդը թքած կունենա համաճարակի վրա: Այդ համատեքստում պետք է ընդլայնել հակաճգնաժամային ծրագրերը և ինչու ոչ հարկ եղած դեպքում հնարավորությունների սահմաններում կիրառել սերբական մոդելը: Երկրորդ ստեղծել հավելյալ թեստավորման կետեր, որպեսզի թեստավորման շրջանակը հնարավոր լինի ընդլայնել և հնարավորություն ստանալ ավելի համապարփակ տեսակետ կազմել հիվանդության տարածվածության մասին, որն էլ իր հերթին կօգնի ավելի հստակ գործողությունների ծրագիր կազմել համաճարակի դեմ պայքարի համատեքստում: Եվ երրորդ էլ ավելի ինտենսիվորեն շարունակել քարոզչական աշխատանքը հանրության հետ:
