ՏԻՄ-երի այս տարվա ընտրությունները կչեղարկվե՞ն
POLITICSԻնչպես հայտնի է, համավարակով պայմանավորված՝ երկրում բոլոր զանգվածային միջոցառումներն ու մարդաշատ վայրերում նախատեսված գործընթացները դադարեցվել են, այդ ամենի հետ կապված առկա է հանրապետության պարետի համապատասխան որոշումը (որոշումները)։
Մյուս կողմից՝ դեռևս հայտնի չէ, թե որքան կշարունակվի այս վիճակը: Այդ իսկ պատճառով խնդիրներ են առաջացել նաև համապետական միջոցառումների անցկացման առումով:
Օրինակ՝ արդեն պարզ է, որ սահմանադրական հանրաքվեն չի անցկացվի։ Իշխանություններն արդեն իսկ պատրաստել են նախագծերի փաթեթ, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս արտակարգ կամ ռազմական դրության ընթացքում չեղարկել արդեն նշանակված հանրաքվեն: Մինչ այդ էլ վարչապետն էր նշել, որ գոնե մեկ տարի հանրաքվեն անցկացնել հնարավոր չի լինի:
