INTERNATIONAL NEWSԿորոնավիրուսի համավարակը Եվրոպայում խորացրել է ֆինանսական խոցելիությունը՝ առաջացնելով ապագայում նոր ճգնաժամերի սպառնալիք՝ պարտքի մակարդակի աճի եւ բանկերի խնդիրների ֆոնին, հայտնել է Եվրոպական կենտրոնական բանկը։
Եվրոգոտու տնտեսությունը, ինչպես սպասվում է, այս տարի կկրճատվի մոտ 10%-ով, եւ կառավարությունները մի շարք միջոցառումներ են ընդունել, որպեսզի սահմանափակեն վնասը, սակայն կան ավելի երկարաժամկետ հետեւանքներ, եւ որոշ երկրներ կարող են դժվարություններ ունենալ պարտքերի մարման հետ կապված, ինչը մեծացնում է եվրոգոտուց նրանց դուրս գալու ռիսկը, հայտնում է Reuters-ը։
Պարտքի բարձր մակարդակով ընկերությունները նույնպես կարող են գլուխ չհանել, այն դեպքում երբ բանկերի ծայրահեղ ցածր եկամտաբերությունը եւ անշարժ գույքի շուկայի կարգավորման աճող ռիսկը նպաստում են հնարավոր խնդիրների առաջացմանը, ասվում է ֆինանսական կայունության մասին ԵԿԲ-ի զեկույցում:
«Չնայած նրան, որ վարակի տարածման տեմպերը շատ երկրներում նվազում են, տնտեսության եւ շուկաների վրա ազդեցությունը բացահայտել եւ ավելացրել է խոցելիությունը եվրոգոտու ֆինանսական կայունության համար»,- ասվում է ԵԿԲ-ի հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Այս տարի եվրոգոտու երկրների ընդհանուր պետական պարտքը կարող է գերազանցել ՀՆԱ-ի 100%-ը, ինչը շատ ավելի բարձր է, քան պարտքային ճգնաժամի մակարդակը, եւ կարող է մոտենալ 160%-ի Իտալիայում, որն արդեն բախվում է շուկայի աճող այն խաղադրույքներին, որոնք կարող են ստիպել երկիրը հանել եվրոգոտուց:
«Եթե ազգային կամ եվրոպական մակարդակով ձեռնարկված միջոցները համարվեն անբավարար պարտքի կայունությունը պահպանելու համար, դենոմինացիայի ռիսկի շուկայական գնահատականը կարող է ավելի մեծանալ»,- հավելել է ԵԿԲ-ն:
