ՌԴ քաղաքացիություն ունեցող, ազգությամբ հայ մոտ 130 քաղաքացի, արդեն տևական ժամանակ է Բագրատաշենի անցակետում են և չեն կարողանում մեկնել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն: Բնական է, որ չէին էլ կարողանալու, քանի որ թե՛ Հայաստանի և թե՛ Ռուսաստանի սահմանները դեռևս շարունակում են փակ մնալ:

Նման անիմաստ աղմուկ բարձրացնելն ու անպտուղ շոուներ սարքելը, կարծես, դարձել է սովորույթ: Եվ սա այն դեպքում, երբ հստակ հայտարարված է, որ կորոնավիրուսով պայմանավորված արտակարգ դրության պատճառով, վիրուսի տարածումը մի երկրից մյուսը կանխելու նպատակով շատ երկրների պետական սահմանները փակ են: Այս պայմաններում առնվազն հասկանալի չէ մի խումբ անձանց ընդվզումը, որոնք սպառնում են բողոքի ակցիաներ կազմակերպել, միջպետական ճանապարհներ փակել, ինչ է, թե իրենց ուզածին հասնեն:

Եթե սա միտումնավոր է արվում, կրկին ինչ-որ առիթով անիմաստ քաշքշուք սարքելու, իրավապահ համակարգին քաշքշուքի մեջ ներքաշելու և հետո նույն իրավապահների հասցեին անհիմն մեղադրանքներ հնչեցնելու համար, ապա, համաձայնեք, որ այն հանգիստ տեղավորվում է դավադրապաշտական նկրտումներ հրահրելու շտեմարանում:

Ինչ վերաբերում է դեսպանատների դիմաց բողոքի ակցիաներ կազմակերպելուն, ապա լավ կլիներ դրա փոխարեն օրենքները հարգել և պահպանել սովորեին, որպեսզի իրավապահ մարմինները ստիպված չլինեն ապօրինությունները վերացնելուն ուղղված քայլեր ձեռնարկել ու իրականացնել:

Նման դեպքերում տեղին է ասել՝ հանգիստ նստեք տեղներդ, ու սպասեք, մինչև բոլոր պետություները վերջապես կարողանան դուրս գալ արտակարգ դրությունից ու հետո արեք ինչ ուզում եք, գնացեք ինչքան ուզում եք:
