Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս Հանրապետության տոնի առթիվ: Արդեն 102 տարի մայիսի 28-ը խորհրդանշում է վերածնունդի ու դարերով փափագած անկախության ճանապարհի սկիզբը: Գոյատևելով ընդամենը 2 տարի՝ Հայաստանի առաջին հանրապետությունը փայլուն կատարեց իր պատմական առաքելությունը՝ հայ ժողովրդին զինելով անկախ պետականություն ունենալու հաստատակամությամբ ու նպատակասլացությամբ:

Սկզբում Խորհրդային Հայաստանի, իսկ 1991 թվականին արդեն ազատ և անկախ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կերտման ճանապարհի սկզբնաքարը դրվեց հենց առաջին հանրապետության հռչակմամբ: 29-ամյա Հայաստանի երրորդ հանրապետությունն այսօր համավարակով պայմանավորված դժվարին օրեր է ապրում, սակայն մենք բոլորս պետք է հաստատակամ լինենք վստահորեն առաջ շարժվելու, մեր երկրի տնտեսությունը աստիճանաբար զարգացնելու, մեր անկախ պետականությունը հզորացնելու գործում: Բարեկեցիկ ու բարգավաճ Հայաստանի կերտումը այլընտրանք չպետք է ունենա: Այս նպատակին մենք կարող ենք հասնել բացառապես բոլորիս միասնականությամբ, մեր երկրի վաղվա օրն ավելի պայծառ դարձնելու հաստատակամությամբ:

Մեկ անգամ ևս շնորհավորում եմ այս գեղեցիկ օրվա՝ Հանրապետության տոնի առթիվ: Բոլորին մաղթում եմ քաջ առողջություն, ամուր հավատ, դժվարությունները հաղթահարելու կամք և տոկունություն:
