Փաստաբանները և լրագրողները միշտ «խանգարել են» իշխանություններին, թե՝ ներկա, թե՝ նախորդ:

 

Երևի որևէ իշխանության գլխում գոնե ծագել է այն միտքը, որ լավ կլիներ այս երկու ինստիտուտները չլինեին, որպեսզի հանգիստ դատեին ում ուզում են և ոնց ուզում են, ազատորեն անեին այն, ինչ ուզում են:

 

Ուզում եմ հիշեցնել, որ ոչ վաղ անցյալում նույն փաստաբանները և լրագրողները Ձեր գաղափարակիցներին էին պաշտպանում նախորդ իշխանությունից, իսկ ապագայում Ձեր թիմակիցներին են պաշտպանելու հաջորդ իշխանությունից:

 

Վստահեցնում եմ, որ Ձեր և մեր բոլորի շահերից է բխում ունենալ ուժեղ փաստաբանական և լրագրողական համայնքներ:

 

Կցում եմ փաստաբանի մասնագիտական գործունեության վերաբերյալ մոտ 2 տարի առաջ հրապարակված իրազեկումը:

 

Հ.Գ. Երբ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյան փաստաբաններին կամ լրագրողներին է ներկայացնում, որպես հանցակից առանց կոնկրետացնելու, ապա հասարակության մեջ այս ինստիտուտների նկատմամբ անվստահություն (եթե չնշեմ ատելություն) է սերմանվում: Այս իրավիճակում փաստաբաններ և լրագրողներ բառերը չակերտների մեջ նշելը ոչինչ չի փոխելու:

Սա, ըստ ամենայնի, դեռ շատ փոքր մասն է, որ գիտենք, ու վստահ չեմ, որ ուզում եմ բոլոր մանրամասներն իմանալ:

 

Մի բան կարող եմ միայն ասել, որ վերադարձ այս ամենին էլ չի լինելու: Իսկ մարդակեր տեսակը` իր հովանավորներով, «փաստաբաններով», վարձու «լրագրողներով» և գյադաներով,… »։
