«Ժամանակին, երբ խելամիտ մարդիկ խոսում էին սահմանները փակելու եւ լուրջ միջոցներ ձեռնարկելու անհրաժեշտության մասին, Փաշինյանը խոսում էր օղու եւ ախտահանման մասին: Իշխանությունները ձախողեցին համաճարակի դեմ պայքարը: Նրանք պետք է գիտակցեն դա, հրաժարական տան եւ կառավարությունը հանձնեն կոմպետենտ մարդկանց: Այս գործընթացը պետք է սկսվի ընդդիմադիր ուժերից խորհրդարանում»,- ասաց նա:

Քաղաքական գործիչը հավելեց, որ նախորդ իշխանությունների օրոք անհնար էր լսել, թե ինչպես է միեւնույն պաշտոնատար անձը, այդ թվում՝ առողջապահության նախարարը, կարճ ժամանակում իրարամերժ հայտարարություններով հանդես գալիս:
