Մայիսի 27-ին, ժամը 8-ի սահմաններում, բնապահպանական ոլորտի իրավախախտումներ հայտնաբերելու և կանխարգելելու նպատակով ոստիկանության ՊՊԾ դասակի ծառայողները Վանաձոր-Ալավերդի ճանապարհին ստուգել են Վանաձորի 29-ամյա բնակչի փայտանյութով բեռնված «Ֆորդ Տրանզիտ» մակնիշի մեքենան:
Վարորդը վառելափայտի օրինականությունը վկայող որևէ փաստաթուղթ չի ներկայացրել, հայտնել է, որ մայիսի 23-24-ը Վահագնաձոր գյուղի հարակից անտառում բենզասղոցով ապօրինի հատել է մեկ ծառ:
Փայտանյութով բեռնված մեքենան տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Գուգարքի բաժնի հատուկ պահպանվող տարածք:
Նշանակվել է մասնագիտական ստուգում:
Ժամը 20.30-ի սահմաններում ոստիկանության ՊՊԾ դասակի ծառայողները Գուգարք գյուղում ստուգել են Լոռու մարզի Մարց գյուղի 52-ամյա բնակչի փայտանյութով բեռնված «Ֆորդ Տրանզիտ» մակնիշի մեքենան: Վարորդը վառելափայտի օրինականությունը վկայող համապատասխան փաստաթուղթ չի ներկայացրել:
Մեքենան, փայտանյութով հանդերձ, դարձյալ տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Գուգարքի բաժնի հատուկ պահպանվող տարածք:
