«Ժողովուրդ». Հաշվեքննիչ պալատի՝ 2019-ի վերաբերյալ գործունեության եզրակացությունը ներկայացվել է ԱԺ
POLITICS«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է․ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հաշվեքննիչ պալատի՝ 2019 թվականի վերաբերյալ գործունեության եզրակացությունը ներկայացվել է Ազգային ժողովին: Այն բաղկացած է 82 էջից, որում մանրամասն ներկայացված են կառույցի՝ 2019 թվականի գործունեությունն ու արված աշխատանքները: Ըստ այդմ, այդ տարվա համար նախատեսված 32 հաշվեքննությունից 25-ն ավարտվել է, մեկը՝ կասեցվել, իսկ 6-ը դեռեւս շարունակվում է:
Ընդ որում, 20 հաշվետվության արդյունքները հրապարակված են, իսկ, ահա, 4-ը համարվել են պետական գաղտնիք պարունակող եւ վերաբերել են Պաշտպանության նախարարության ոլորտին:
Հետաքրքիր է, որ Հաշվեքննիչ պալատը վերլուծել է նաեւ պետական բյուջեի ոչ ֆինանսական ցուցանիշների կատարողականը եւ արձանագրել, որ քաղաքականության միջոցառումներից 18.6 տոկոսի գծով ընդհանրապես ոչ մի ֆինանսական ցուցանիշ սահմանված չի եղել:
Եվ ընդգծվում է, որ չնայած այս կառույցի նախորդ տարվա առաջարկությանը՝ բարելավել վիճակը եւ սահմանել ոչ ֆինանսական ցուցանիշներ, սակայն իրավիճակն այդ առումով չի բարելավվել, այլ, հակառակը, վատթարացել է 1.2 տոկոսով: Եվ նշվում է, որ քաղաքականության միջոցառումներից 64.8 տոկոսի գծով սահմանված է եղել միայն մեկ տեսակի ոչ ֆինանսական ցուցանիշ: Սակայն, ընդհանուր առմամբ, բյուջեի կատարողականի վերաբերյալ Հաշվեքննիչ պալատը դրական եզրակացություն է տվել»:
