BLOGԱյսօր ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի անշարժ գույքի կառավարման վարչության մասնագետ Նարեկ Թադևոսյանը գրառում էր կատարել՝ նշելով, որ սեփական դիմումի համաձայն ավարտում է իր աշխատանքը Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում և պարզաբանել՝ պատճառը 2018թ. ստեղծված և օրեցօր զարգացող ոչ աշխատանքային, անառողջ մթնոլորտն է:
Tert.am-ը զրուցեց Նարեկ Թադևոսյանի հետ՝ պարզելու, թե որոնք են եղել աշխատանքից ազատման հիմնական պատճառները:
-Պարոն Թադևոսյան, Ձեր հրապարակման մեջ նշել եք, որ իշխանականները հաճախ են անցել անթույլատրելի սահմանները, ի՞նչ նկատի ունեք անթույլատրելի սահման ասելով։ Նրանց վերաբերմո՞ւնքն է անթույլատրելի եղել, թե այլ իրադարձություններ են տեղի ունեցել։
-Ամենամեծ օրինակը` կողմնապահությունն է նախկին փորձառու կադրերի նկատմամբ: Պարգևավճարներ են շռայլել աշխատակազմի բոլոր անդամներին` հաճախ դիտավորությամբ բաց թողնելով նախկին կադրերի անունները: Դրա մասին ավելի վաղ խոսել եմ իմ էջում: Շարունակ արհեստածին պայմաններ են առաջ քաշվել` աշխատանքային պրոցեսը խոչընդոտելու համար:
-Սպասելի՞ չէր, որ նոր կադրերին էին կարևորելու՝ չաշխատելով հների հետ։ Եվ այս երկու տարվա համատեղ աշխատանքի ընթացքում բարձրաձայնե՞լ եք իրենց մոտ այդ ամենի մասին։
-Եթե նկատի ունեք նորեկների մուտքի սկզբունքը՝ «սևեր և սպիտակներ», ապա օրինաչափ կլիներ, եթե նորեկները կարևորեին նախկին կադրերի պրոֆեսիոնալիզմը և օրինակ վերցնեին նրանց փորձառությունից: Դրա շնորհիվ էլ պետք է կրթվեին և ավելի ճիշտ որոշումներ ընդունեին՝ ի շահ Երևանի:
-Իսկ իրենց հետ քննարկե՞լ եք դրա մասին, հարցրե՞լ եք, թե ինչն է պատճառը, որ ձեր փորձառությունը ստվերում է մնում։
-Չեմ քննարկել, քանի որ որպես մասնագետ և անհատականություն, երբեք չեմ ունեցել ավելորդ ուշադրության կարիք:
-Տեղյա՞կ եք, թե իշխանական շրջանակից ով է փոխարինելու Ձեզ։
