Հայաստանը քաղաքական ակտիվ վերադասավորումների նոր փուլ է թևակոխում։ Հստակեցվում են քաղաքական ուժերի դիրքորոշումները, դրանից զատ նոր քաղաքական միավորներ են ի հայտ գալիս։

Ըստ էության, ընդդիմադիր ուժերի գործունեության ակտիվացում է նկատվում։ Սրան զուգահեռ՝ ռիսկ կա, որ եթե երկրում սոցիալտնտեսական և առողջապահական իրավիճակը ավելի վատանա, ապա բացառված չէ նաև, որ իշխանությունների դեմ փողոցային պայքար ծավալվի։

Ներկայիս ճգնաժամային իրավիճակը որոշակի փոփոխություններ է խոստանում նաև իշխող թիմի ներսում։ Ի դեպ, մի շատ կարևոր հանգամանք կա, որը ևս թուլացնում է իշխող քաղաքական ուժի դիրքերն առաջիկա գործընթացներում։

Հարցն այն է, որ ՔՊ-ն, որի առանցքի շուրջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ձևավորել է իր իշխանությունը, չունի հստակ քաղաքական գաղափարախոսություն։ 

Եվ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը դեռևս 2018 թվականին, որպես վարչապետի թեկնածու, հայտարարում էր, թե իրեն լիբերալ չի համարում, քանի որ ժամանակակից աշխարհում «իզմերը» կորցրել են իրենց նախնական նշանակությունը։ 

Սրանով Փաշինյանն ըստ էության խոստովանում էր, որ իր գլխավորած ուժը չունի գաղափարական հենք և փորձում էր հասարակական-քաղաքական զարգացումներում իրեն ավելի ճկուն և ժողովրդահաճո դրսևորել։ 

Եթե պետք լիներ, իշխող կուսակցությունը կարող էր իրեն դրսևորել լիբերալների պես, մեկ այլ իրավիճակում՝ ազգայնականների և այսպես շարունակ։

Սակայն այսպիսի գործելակերպն ունի իր վտանգները, քանի որ տվյալ դեպքում մարդկանց միավորում են ոչ թե միասնական գաղափարներն ու ծրագրերը, այլ մեկ անձի՝ տվյալ դեպքում Փաշինյանի կամքը։ Եվ երկու տարին հսկայական ժամանակամիջոց էր, որպեսզի Փաշինյանը քաղաքական հստակեցում սահմաներ, թե որ դաշտում է գործելու իրենց կուսակցությունը։ 

Իսկ սա ենթադրում էր լողացող գործելակերպից անցում կատարել կոնկրետ քաղաքական գաղափարախոսության որդեգրման, սակայն Փաշինյանը չգնաց այդ քայլին։ Թերևս պատճառն այն էր, որ դրանով վարչապետը կարող էր ուժեղացնել քաղաքական թիմը, բայց միևնույն ժամանակ թուլացնել իր՝ չափից ավելի մեծ դերակատարությունը կուսակցության ներսում։ 

Իսկ դա նրան պետք չէ: Արտաքուստ ժողովրդավարական «մոդելների» ներքո (կուսակցության ղեկավարն ինքը չէ) Փաշինյանին անհրաժեշտ է բացարձակ միահեծանություն թե՛ կուսակցության մեջ, թե՛ ամբողջ երկրում:

Ներկայումս իշխող թիմի ներկայացուցիչներն էլ են հասկանում, որ վարչապետը շատ դեպքերում ոչ հեռանկարային և սխալ մոտեցում է որդեգրել ու արդյունքում կուսակցության քաղաքականությունը հյուսել է իր անձնական վարկանիշի ներքո։

Ուստի պատահական չեն այն խոսակցությունները, որ հենց իշխող թիմի ներկայացուցիչները ինչ-որ մի պահի կարող են անվստահություն հայտնել վարչապետին։ Եվ քանի որ այդ մարդկանց ընդհանուր գաղափարները չեն միավորում, ապա բացառված չէ, որ ժամանակի ընթացքում իշխանությունից տարբեր անձինք այլ դաշտ անցնեն։

Ու ամենահետաքրքրականն այն է, որ նմանատիպ վերադասավորումների պատրաստ է նաև վարչապետ Փաշինյանը։ 

Պատահական չէ, որ վերջինս իր ասուլիսներից մեկի ժամանակ հայտարարում էր, թե ինքն իր քաղաքական գործունեության մեջ ընդհանուր առմամբ չի վախենում մենակ մնալուց։
