«Իսկ թե այդ կարգապահական բնույթի քննարկումներն ինչպիսին են, չեմ կարող հանրայնացնել»,- ասաց նա:
Փորձեցինք հասկանալ՝ որ պատգամավորը պետք է համարվի ոչ կարգապահ ու հեռանա թիմից, ասենք՝ սեփական կարծիք հայտնելը կամ տարբերվող քվեարկությունը ոչ կարգապա՞հ վարք են։ «Չեմ կարծում, որ այժմ տեղին է նման հարց քննարկելը... Ես չեմ կարող մանրամասնել, բացել փակագծերը, դա իր մեջ շատ տարբեր բաներ է պարունակում, դա մեր ներքին կարգապահական աշխատանքներն են»։
Մակունցն ավելացրեց նաև, որ կարգապահական հարցեր քննարկելը դեռ չի նշանակում, որ անկարգապահներ կան, դրանք ընդհանուր աշխատանքներին են վերաբերում»:
