Իշխանությունն «անմեղ» է, եթե նույնիսկ մեկ օրում 700 դեպք է արձանագրվում

Գործող իշխանությանը խորհուրդ տալն առնվազն անիմաստ է։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու նրա թիմը երբեք չեն ընդունելու, որ ինչ-որ հարցում սխալվել են, թերացել կամ ձախողվել են։ Օրինակ՝ նույնիսկ երեկ, երբ Փաշինյանը ամբողջ օրը ՖԲ-ում «կարգազանց» քաղաքացիների էր «հայտնաբերում», չուզեցավ ընդունել, որ Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի երդմնակալության օրը հակասոցիալական վարքագիծ է դրսևորել՝ իր հետ ամբողջ էլիտային մասնակից դարձնելով խնջույքին։ Կամ պատկերացրեք՝ քաղաքացին սոցիալական վարքագիծ սովորի Փաշինյանից ու վարակակիր լինելու պարագայում՝ իր տան բակում հյուրեր ընդունի՝ թեկուզ ասուլիս տալու նպատակով, սոցիալական հեռավորությունը պահելով ու դիմակ կրելով։ Այս պարագայում անիմաստ է խոսել իշխանության գլոբալ պատասխանատվության մասին։
Նիկոլը նույնիսկ վարակակիր լինելու պարագայում անձամբ է ասուլիս տալիս՝ խախտելով հակահամաճարակային կանոնները ու դրանով բացահայտում է կարևոր մի իրողություն․ նրա ամբողջ իշխանությունը կառուցված է մեկ մարդու վրա ու պարզապես չկան երկրորդը կամ երրորդը, որոնք, ըստ անհրաժեշտության, պետք է փոխարինեն վարակակիր վարչապետին։
Նիկոլն այդպես էլ չի կարողացել համակարգ ստեղծել ու գլխավոր խմբագիր էլ մնում է՝ չնայած արդեն երկու տարի է զբաղեցնում է պետության ղեկավարի պաշտոնը։
Համակարգի բացակայություն և որոշումներ կայացնելու անկարողություն․ սրանք այսօրվա իշխանության հիմնական հատկանիշներն են ու դա է պատճառը, որ արդեն երկու օր է՝ Փաշինյանն անցել է իր իմացած միակ կառավարմանը՝ «ֆեսյբուքային վարչապետությանը»։
Երեկ վարչապետի մոտ խուճապ էր։ Բայց դրա պատճառը ոչ թե կորոնավիորւսային թվերն էին, որոնց նա արդեն երկու շաբաթ է պետք է «վարժված» լիներ, այլ՝ այն, որ խորհրդարանի ամենամեծ խմբակցությունը՝ ԲՀԿ-ն, երեկ ԱԺ-ում պատռեց իշխանության անպատասխանտվության «կուսությունը»։
Հ․գ- օրը կրկին բացվեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի լայվով, բայց արդեն նույնիսկ լսելը հետաքրքիր չէ․ այսօր 697 վարակակիր է գրանցվել բայց իշխանությունը «մեղք» չունի․․․
Չգիտեմ՝ իմաստ ունի, թե՝ ոչ, բայց մի անգամ էլ դիմեմ իշխանությանը։ Անհապաղ միջազգային օգնության խնդրանքով դիմեք մեր բարեկամ երկրներին, միջազգային կառույցներին․ երկիրն այլևս հումանիտար աղետի մեջ է։
