Ավարտվել է 2019-ի տարեկան հայտարարագրերի ներկայացման գործընթացը. Այժմ ստուգում է իրականացվում
POLITICSՀանրային ծառայության մասին ՀՀ օրենքի համաձայն՝ ավարտվել է 2019 թվականի տարեկան հայտարարագրերի ներկայացման գործընթացը։
Այս առնչությամբ, Կոռուպցիայի կանխարգելման հանձնաժողովի տարածած հայտարարությունում ասվում է.
«Այս պահին Հանձնաժողովն իրականացնում է ներկայացրած հայտարարագրերի ամբողջականության եւ տեխնիկական պահանջների համապատասխանելիության, ինչպես նաեւ հայտարարագիր չներկայացրած անձանց տվյալների, հայտարարագիր չներկայացնելու պատճառների ստուգում։
Ներկայացված հայտարարագրերը կհրապարակվեն 2020 թվականի հունիսի 10-ին։
Այն բոլոր հայտարարատուների համար, որոնք Օրենքով սահմանված ժամկետում ծանուցվել են, բայց հայտարարագիր չեն ներկայացրել Հանձնաժողովը կկիրառի ՀՀ Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ օրենսգրքի 169․28 հոդվածի առաջին մասի պահանջները։
Այն է՝ հայտարարագիր չներկայացրած անձինք Հանձնաժողովի կողմից գրավոր կծանուցվեն, որպեսզի 30 օրյա ժամկետում հայտարարագիր ներկայացնեն, իսկ այդ ժամկետում չներկայացնելու դեպքում նրանց նկատմամբ կկիրառվի վարչական պատասխանատվություն՝ տուգանք։
Հանձնաժողովը տեղեկացնում է նաեւ, որ հայտարարատուները ծանուցվել են համակարգի կողմից ինքնաշխատ տարբերակով, եւ որոշ տեխնիկական խնդիրների պատճառով ծանուցումները երբեմն ստացվել են ավելի ուշ կամ չեն ստացվել։ Այս հիմքով Հանձնաժողովը հայտարարատուների հետ կապ է հաստատել անհատապես՝ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում տրամադրելով հայտարարագիրը ներկայացնելու լրացուցիչ ժամկետ։
Հանձնաժողովը, հավատարիմ մնալով իր սկզբունքներին, ողջունում է հայտարարագրման համակարգը բարելավելու, ինչպես նաեւ դրանց ուսումնասիրության ուղղությամբ բոլոր շահագրգիռ անձանց, կազմակերպությունների, լրագրողների ջանքերն ու համագործակցությունը։
