Մեզ հասած տեղեկությունների համաձայն «Յուքոմ» ընկերության 6 տոկոսի բաժնետեր Հայկ և Ալեքսանդր Եսայան եղբայրները «Բիլայն» ապրանքանիշի ներկայացուցիչ «Վեոն Արմենիա» ընկերությունը գնելու գործընթաց են սկսել։ «Վեոն Արմենիան» իր հերթին, ժամեր առաջ այս հարցով արդեն իսկ դիմել է Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողով։

Տեղեկությունը ճշտելու համար կապ հաստատեցինք Եսայաններին պատկանող «Թիմ» ընկերության զարգացման և հաղորդակցության բաժնի ղեկավար Աշոտ Բարսեղյանի հետ, ով չհերքեց այն։

«Այո, դա համապատասխանում է իրականությանը, սակայն ամեն ինչ տեղի կունենա ըստ ընթացակարգի: Համաձայն դրա, նախ վաճառող կազմակերպությունը դիմում է ներկայացնում Տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության և Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովներին: 

Իր կողմից «Թիմ» ՍՊԸ-ն ևս դիմում է ներկայացրել ՏՄՊՊՀ՝ գնման թույլտվություն ստանալու համար»,- տեղեկացրեց Ա. Բարսեղյանը։

Հայտնի է նաև, որ գործարքի նախաստորագրումն արդեն իսկ ի կատար է ածվել, իսկ Եսայան եղբայրները «Բիլայն» ընկերությունը ձեռք բերելու համար ներգրավել են վարկային միջոցներ։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Հայկ և Ալեքսանդր Եսայանները հեռահաղորդակցության ոլորտի՝ «Յուքոմի» բաժնետերեր լինելուց բացի, Հայկ Եսայանը գլխավորում էր ընկերությունը, սակայն ապրիլի կեսերին հրաժարական ներկայացրեց՝ խոշոր բաժնետերերի հետ սկիզբ առած հակասությունների պատճառով, իսկ կարճ ժամանակ անց նրանք հիմնեցին «Թիմ» ՍՊԸ-ն:
