Իշխանությունները շատ խառն են
POLITICSԿորոնավիրուսի համաճարակի դեմ պայքարն ամբողջովին ձախողած իշխանությունները ակնհայտ խառն են: Նախորդ օրերին քաղաքական գրեթե բոլոր ուժերն արձանագրեցին, որ այս իշխանությունները տապալել են հնարավոր ու անհնար ամեն ինչ, հրաժարականների կոչեր հնչեցին, իսկ իշխանության որոշ ներկայացուցիչներ այդ ամենին փորձեցին հակադարձել ոչ թե տրամաբանված խոսքով, այլ այնպիսի էժանագին բառամթերքով ու ոճով, որի պարագայում նույնիսկ «շրիշակից ցածր» եզրույթն է հարաբերական, քանզի այս պարագայում շրիշակից նայելիս այդ մակարդակը անդնդախոր ձորում հազիվ երևա:
Ավելորդ է նշել վարչապետի մամուլի քարտուղարի՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի քննադատություններին ի պատասխան արձագանքի մասին: Ստացվում է, որ իշխանությունները «յոթ երգ գիտեն, յոթն էլ» քրեական գործերի մասին: Այսինքն, այս իշխանություններն ընդդիմադիրների ու ընդդիմախոսների հետ առնչվելու մի գործիք ունեն միայն՝ քրեական գործերը:
Ինչևէ, փաստն այն է, որ բացարձակապես քննադատություն չընդունող ու անսխալական երևակայող, ընդդիմախոսների հետ բացառապես վիրավորանքի, պիտակավորման ու քրեական գործերի «լեզվով» առնչվող իշխանությունների, մասնավորաբար Փաշինյանի հեռացման հանրային պահանջը գնալով ավելի ու ավելի մեծ ընդգրկում է ստանում: Եվ ահա, այս ֆոնին երեկ հանկարծ պարզվեց, որ Փաշինյանն ու իր ընտանիքը ապաքինվել են կորոնավիրուսից: Մեկ շաբաթում:
Սա ավելի խորացրեց կասկածները հասարակության շրջանում: Ճիշտ է, վարչապետը նշում է, թե «մեր վարակվելու ժամկետները եւ հանգամանքները պետք է որոշակիորեն վերանայենք», սակայն այդ դեպքում ստացվում է, որ տևական ժամանակ կարող էին վարակած լինել այլոց՝ չիմանալով այդ մասին: Իսկ «լիարժեք աշխատանքի» վերադառնալու առաջին որոշումները ամենևին կորոնավիրուսի հետ չէին կապված. դա իշխանության համար այս պահին առաջնային չէ:
Փաշինյանը պաշտոնանկ արեց ԱԱԾ տնօրենին ու ոստիկանապետին (ԳՇ պետի պաշտոնանկությունը այս շարքից դուրս է): ԱԱԾ տնօրեն դարձավ ՊՎԾ-ից մեկ օրում քննչական կոմիտեի պետի, ապա ԱԱԾ տնօրենի տեղակալ նշանակված 29-ամյա Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը (դեռ այն ժամանակ շատերը նշում էին, որ նա է շուտով դառնալու տնօրեն), ոստիկանապետ՝ վարչապետի ընկեր Վահե Ղազարյանը:
Երեկ արդեն շատերն այս ամենը պայմանավորում էին ներքին անհանգստություններով, ոմանք էլ կարծիք էին հայտնում, որ իշխանական համակարգը լուրջ ճաքեր է տվել, և Փաշինյանը փորձում է ապահովագրել իր դիրքերը: Զուգահեռ քաղաքական շատ հետաքրքիր գործընթացներ են սկսվել ընդդիմադիր դաշտում, ինչը չի կարող չմտահոգել Փաշինյանին:
