«Առողջական խնդրի պատճառով տարեցտարի գիրանում էի, բայց կարողացա փոխել դա». Սյուզաննա Մելքոնյանը 12 կգ նիհարել է

Երգչուհի Սյուզաննա Մելքոնյանը վերջին երեք ամսվա ընթացքում 12 կգ նիհարել է: Tert.am Life-ի հետ զրույցում նա պատմեց, թե ինչ հոգեբանական բարդույթներ է ունեցել մինչև այդ, ինչպես է կայացրել նիհարելու որոշումը, ինչ սննդակարգով է սնվում և ինչպես է մարզվում:

Տարեցտարի գիրանում էի

4-5 տարի տևեց, մինչև կարողացա կայացնել նիհարելու որոշումը: 2016 թվականին ես ունեցա առողջական խնդիրներ, որոնց պատճառով առաջացան հոգեբանական խնդիրներ: Առողջական խնդրի պատճառով տարեցտարի գիրանում էի: Երբ համաճարակը տարածվեց և հայտարարվեց արտակարգ դրություն, հասկացա` իմ ոլորտը դեռ երկար ժամանակ չի գործի: Որոշեցի ազատ ժամանակս ճիշտ օգտագործել, խորհել ու հաղթահարել հոգեբանական բոլոր պատնեշները: Իհարկե կարող էի դիմել այնպիսի մասնագետի, ով մեկ ամսում ինձ 10 կգ կնիհարեցներ, բայց դա միայն կվնասեր իմ առողջությանը: Հեշտությամբ կորցրած քաշը միանգամից էլ կարող ես վերականգնել: Որոշեցի ինքս ուսումնասիրել իմ օրգանիզմն ու առանց հատուկ ծրագրերի նիհարել:

Նիհարելու հեգեբանական կողմը

Սկսեցի իմ շրջապատը բացասական մարդկանցից մաքրելուց, ինչը շատ բարդ էր: Շատ մարդիկ հիմա գուցե մտածում են, որ ես մեծամտածել եմ, բայց դա այդպես չէ: Շատ հաճելի է, երբ մաքրում ես բացասական էներգիան և թողնում միայն դրականը: Հետո նոթբուքիս մեջ գրեցի իմ նպատակները, առաջին տեղում նիհարելն էր: Ամեն անգամ նոթբուքս բացելիս հասկանում էի` եթե առաջին կետը չհաղթահարեմ, մնացածը նույնպես չեմ հաղթահարի: Այդ ընթացքում նայեցի ինձ հայելու մեջ ու հարց տվեցի` ի՞նչ է ինձ պետք, իսկ ինձ պետք էր ինքնավստահ բեմ դուրս գալ: Կողքից ինձ շատ էին ասում, որ պետք է նիհարեմ, բայց ես անընդհատ ամեն ինչ վաղվան էի թողնում: Շատ ժամանակ հետո հասկացա` չկա վաղը, կա միայն այսօր:

Առողջ սննդակարգին անցնելու փուլը

Սկզբում օրգանիզմս դժվարությամբ ադապտացավ առողջ սնունդին, քանի որ երկար ժամանակ անկանոն էի սնվել: Սկսեցի խիստ սննդակարգ, որը տևեց երկու շաբաթ: Հետո քիչ-քիչ թուլացրի խստությունը և հիմա սնվում եմ ուղղակի ճիշտ ժամային գրաֆիկով: Սկզբում ես էլ, բոլոր աղջիկների պես, ընկնում էի կգ-ների հետևից, հետո հասկացա, որ կարևորը ոչ թե քաշն է, այլ ֆիզիկական տեսքը: Կարևոր է, թե ինչքանով ես ձիգ և մարզված: 3 ամիս է, ինչ սկսել եմ սնվել հատուկ սննդակարգով և մարզվում եմ: Նիհարել եմ 12 կգ: Իմ լուսանկարները չեմ ֆոտոշոփում: Կարող եմ փոխել միայն լուսանկարի ֆիլտրերը, մարմինս իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող ֆորմատով չեմ փոփոխում, ինքնախաբեությամբ չեմ զբաղվում:
