Բիզնեսի համար գազի սակագնի 10 տոկոսով բարձրացումն ապրանքների գների մինչեւ 17 տոկոս բարձրացման կհանգեցնի. փորձագետ

Բիզնեսի համար գազի սակագների 10 տոկոս թանկացման դեպքում կարճաժամկետ կտրվածքով (մեկ տարուց մի փոքր ավել) ապրանքների գները մոտ 5 տոկոս աճ կգրանցվի, իսկ միջնաժամկետ կտրվածքով՝ 15-17 տոկոս: Այս մասին  NEWS.am-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ասաց էներգետիկայի ոլորտի փորձագետ Վահե Դավթյանը:

«Ակնհայտ է, որ բիզնեսի համար սակագների բարձրացումն անուղղակիորեն կազդի բնակչության գնողունակության վրա»,- ասաց նա:
Ըստ նրա՝ բիզնեսի համար 36 տոկոսով սակագների բարձրացումը, որն առաջարկում է «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա»-ն, արդեն աշնանը բնակչության համար գների աճի եւ աղքատության մակարդակի խորացման կհանգեցնի, իսկ ՀԾԿՀ-ի առաջարկը, ընդհանուր առմամբ, սոցիալական ուղղվածություն ունի: «Սակայն, իմ կարծիքով, ընկերությունը հակված չէ ընդունել ՀԾԿՀ-ի առաջարկը, իսկ գազի մատակարարման խնդիրները, որոնց մասին խոսում է« Գազպրոմ Արմենիա»-ն իր փաստարկներում, իսկապես կարող են ծագել: Ընկերությունը գազատրանսպորտային համակարգի պարբերաբար արդիականացում է իրականացնում, ինչը լուրջ ներդրումներ է պահանջում»,- շեշտեց Դավթյանը:

Փորձագետը պարզաբանեց, որ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա»-ն կարող է այլ ճանապարհով գնալ՝ վերանայել ներդրումային ծրագրերը, որոնց ծավալն այսօր ավելի քան 30 միլիարդ դրամ է կազմում: «Սակայն եթե ներդրումային ծրագիրը կրճատվի, ապա ընկերության համար անհարմար սակագների պայմաններում օպերատիվ կայունություն ապահովելու համար այն ստիպված կլինի, օրինակ, դադարեցնել աշխատանքը Աբովյանում գազի ստորգետնյա պահեստավորման հնարավորությունների ընդլայնման ուղղությամբ, ինչը կարեւորագույն բաղադրիչներից մեկն է Հայաստանի էներգետիկ անվտանգության համակարգում:

Ընկերության ներդրումների առյուծի բաժինն ուղղվում է հենց գազի ստորգետնյա պահեստավորման հնարավորությունների ընդլայնմանը: Այսօր Աբովյանում պահեստավորման ծավալը մոտ 130 միլիոն խորանարդ մետր է կազմում: Հաշվի առնելով տարածաշրջանային անկայունությունը՝ գազի պահեստավորման փուլային ընդլայնում է անհրաժեշտ»,- եզրափակեց նա:

Նշենք, որ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ-ի կողմից գազի սակագնի բարձրացման հայտի շրջանակներում Հայաստանի հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովն առաջարկում է գինն անփոփոխ թողնել բնակչության համար եւ ավելացնել այն ջերմոցային տնտեսությունների, պահածոներ, խմիչքներ եւ կաթնամթերք արտադրողների համար՝ 212-ից 224 դոլար հազար խորանարդ մետրի դիմաց: .
