«Հրապարակ». Ինչ է կատարվում Արցախում. Արայիկ Հարությունյանը հակված չէ բավարարել Սամվել Բաբայանի բոլոր քմահաճույքները
POLITICS«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Արցախում ներքաղաքական, ավելի ճիշտ՝ ներիշխանական գործընթացները չեն զիջում հայաստանյան իրարանցումին։ Նորընտիր նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի եւ Սամվել Բաբայանի համագործակցության հուշագրից հետո Բաբայանն օրեցօր ընդլայնում է իր ազդեցության դաշտը։
Նախ՝ նրա պահանջով ընդարձակվել է Ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդի աշխատակազմը. նախկին 2-3 հոգանոց աշխատակազմի փոխարեն այժմ այդ կառույցը բաղկացած կլինի 20 հոգանոց աշխատակազմից, բացի այդ՝ բյուջեով բավականին բարձր աշխատավարձեր են սահմանվել աշխատակազմի համար, քան նախկինում էր։
ԱԱԽ աշխատակազմի գրեթե տասնապատիկ աճը, այդուհանդերձ, Բաբայանի սրտով չէ․ նա ակնկալում էր առնվազն 40-50, իսկ եկող տարի՝ մինչեւ 80 հոգանոց աշխատակազմ, որպեսզի տեղավորի իր թիմակիցներին։ Այժմ ԱԱԽ-ն տեղակայված է կառավարության շենքում։
Բաբայանն ասել է, որ եկող տարի առանձին տարածք պետք է ունենան։ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը հակված չէ բավարարել Բաբայանի բոլոր քմահաճույքները, բայց կտրուկ մերժել էլ չի ուզում, թե ինչու, մեր աղբյուրների համար անհասկանալի է։ Ենթադրություններ կան, որ Բաբայանին նորընտիր նախագահի դեմ որպես «զենք» են պահում հայաստանյան շրջանակներից։
«Հակառակ պարագայում Արայիկ Հարությունյանը դաշնակների ու Աշոտ Ղուլյանի հետ խորհրդարանական մեծամասնություն կկազմեր, եւ նրանց համեստ ամբիցիաներն էլ բավարարելն այսքան թանկ չէր նստի իր վրա»,- ասաց մեր աղբյուրը։
Մենք ավելի վաղ գրել էինք, որ Բաբայանը նաեւ պետության հաշվին թիկնազոր է պահանջել, մի բան, որը չի ունեցել նախկին ԱԱԽ քարտուղարներից եւ ոչ մեկը։
Ի դեպ, Սամվել Բաբայանն այժմ ակտիվացնում է նաեւ ԱԱԽ տարածքային կառույցները․ այստեղ հավաքագրվում են կրթված, բուհ ավարտած երիտասարդներ, որոնց Բաբայանը մտադիր է տեղավորել իր ղեկավարած կառույցում եւ ոչ միայն։ ԱԱԽ-ն միակ համակարգը չէ, որտեղ Բաբայանը հավակնություններ է դրսեւորում։
Նա առաջարկել է բոլոր ոլորտներում փոխնախարարի մեկական հաստիք ավելացնել եւ հատկացնել իր թիմակիցներին։ Արցախում այս օրերին բոլորի խոսակցության թեման Սամվել Բաբայանն է եւ նրա ժամանակների վերադարձի մասին հիշողությունները։ Շատերի մոտ այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ Բաբայանը պետության մեջ պետություն է կառուցում, իր ազդեցության դաշտը մեծացնում, ամրապնդվում։
Իսկ դա Արայիկ Հարությունյանի համար հղի է վտանգներով։ Մեզ ասացին նաեւ, որ Բաբայանը վերջին դասի BMW ջիփ է ձեռք բերել: Մեզ չհաջողվեց պարզել՝ բյուջեի՞ հաշվին, թե՞ անձամբ է գնել. նա տեւական ժամանակ է՝ չի պատասխանում զանգերին»:
