Այսօր՝ լույսը դեռ նոր բացված, հերթական անգամ լսեցինք արդեն չարչրկված միևնույն արտահայտությունը.<<Կորոնավիրուսի հետ կապված մեր գործերը լավ չեն>>...Հերթական անգամ ամենաբարձր օղակից փորձ արվեց հակամահաճարակային տապալված քաղաքականության սլաքներն ուղղել դեպի ժողովուրդը: Այսինքն՝ ամենաուղղակի կերպով իշխանությունն իր ապաշնորհ կառավարման և աչք ծակող սխալների մեղքը բարդում է հասարակ քաղաքացու վրա: Սա բացարձակ անընդունելի է… Մեր քաղաքացիները մեղք չունեն, որ դուք դեռևս հունվարից կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պայքարելու փոխարեն Սահմանադրական հանրաքվե էիք անում, ձեր սեփական ամբիցիաներից բխող ծրագրերն էիք առաջ բրդում, իսկ վարակն այդ օրերին ակտիվորեն տարածվում էր մարզերում ու Երևանում:
ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը դեռևս մարտի սկզբին էր ահազանգում, որ անհրաժեշտ էր օր առաջ անցնել սահմանափակումների խստացված ռեժիմի, անցակետերում թեստավորում անցկացնել, մարզային բոլոր հիվանդանոցները կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պայքարի գործընթացին ներգրավել, մարզային բոլոր բուժկենտրոններին անհրաժեշտ դեղորայք, թեստեր ու սարքավորումներ հատկացնել: Սա հնարավորություն կտար մարզերի բնակիչներին տեղում թեստավորվելու, վարակն անմիջապես բացահայտելու և դրա տարածումը թույլ չտալու:
Այն, որ գործազուրկ, օրվա հացը մի կերպ վաստակող մարդը մեծագույն ցանկության դեպքում անգամ չէր կարող իրեն թույլ տալ, կտրելով հարյուրավոր կիլոմետրեր, հասնել Երևան ու թեստ հանձնել՝ պարզից էլ պարզ է: Էլ չեմ ասում, որ հիվանդանոցում բուժօգնություն ստանալու համար գործում է ծանոթ-բարեկամի հայտնի սկզբունքը: Այդ ամենը պետք էր հենց տեղում՝ մարզերում կազմակերպել ու իրականացնել, որը դուք չարեցիք: Այսօր, երբ վարակի տարածման տեմպն այլևս անվերահսկելի է, երբ մարզերում վարակվածության սարսափելի մեծ ցուցանիշներ ունենք, ինչու՞ նոր միայն որոշեցիք մարզային հիվանդանոցները ներգրավել Կովիդ-19-ի դեմ պայքարի գործընթացին, այն դեպքում, երբ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը դեռևս մարտի 4-ից էր խոսում դրա անհրաժեշտության մասին: Արդյոք ձեզ ամիսնե՞ր էին հարկավոր հասկանալու համար, որ աշխարհը պատուհասած համավարակի վերաբերյալ հումորներ անելու փոխարեն պետք էր ընդամենը աշխատել, քայլեր կատարել: Եվ այստեղ տրամաբանական հարց է առաջանում, ու՞ր են գնացել այն միլիոնները, որոնք պետք է ուղղվեին կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պայքարին: Հարցս հռետորական չէ, ու վաղ թե ուշ դուք ստիպված եք լինելու պատասխան տալ: Հաճախ եք սիրում կրկնել, որ մարդը բարձրագույն արժեք է, որ Հայաստանում իշխանությունը ժողովրդին է պատկանում, բայց այսօր փորձում եք ձեր ձախողումներն ու ձեր ապաշնորհության պատճառով տապալված քաղաքականության մեղքը բարդել ՀՀ հպարտ քաղաքացու վրա: Չի՛ ստացվելու...
