Ստեղծված իրավիճակից միակ անցնցում ելքը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի անուժ կառավարության հրաժարականն է. ՀՀԿ
POLITICSԵրկրում մոլեգնող կորոնավիրուսային համավարակի, օրեցօր խորացող առողջապահական, սոցիալական, տնտեսական ճգնաժամի ֆոնին Հայաստանում հայտարարված արտակարգ դրության երկարաձգումն այս իշխանությունները ծառայեցնում են բացառապես քաղաքական հետապնդումների համար իրավական շղարշ ապահովելու նպատակով։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունիսի 16–ին, NEWS.am-ը տեղեկանում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցության Գործադիր մարմնի տարածած հայտարարությունից։ Հայտարարության մեջ մասնավորապես նշված է.
«Տվյալ իրավիճակում սահմանափակվում եւ ոտնահարվում են մարդու հիմնարար իրավունքներ եւ ազատություններ՝ խոսքի ազատության իրավունքից մինչեւ խաղաղ հավաքներ իրականացնելու եւ ազատ տեղաշարժի իրավունքները։
Իշխանության համար գերակա է դարձել ոչ թե ժողովրդի եւ պետության, ապագան, այլ սեփական ավտորիտար իշխանությունն ամեն գնով երկարացնելու մոլուցքը, ինչի ապացույցն է նաեւ վերջին օրերին տեսանելի դարձած քաղաքական հետապնդումների նոր ալիքը։
Հայաստանում այլեւս ոչ միայն համավարակային, այլեւ քաղաքական ճգնաժամ է։
Հաշվի առնելով վերոհիշյալ հանգամանքները՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը.
-Խստորեն դատարպարտում է առ այսօր շարունակվող բռնատիրական գործելաոճը, որի պատճառով պետական ռեպրեսիվ ապարատի ճիրաններում հերթով հայտնվում են բազում պետական, քաղաքական եւ հանրային գործիչներ։
-Արձանագրում է, որ այս կերպով իշխանությունները հարված են հասցնում Հայաստանի եւ Արցախի անվտանգությանը, խոցելի դարձնելով մեզ արտաքին սպառնալիքների նկատմամբ։
-Վերահաստատում է, որ ստեղծված իրավիճակից միակ անցնցում ելքը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի անուժ կառավարության հրաժարականն է եւ ազգային ներուժի համախմբմամբ երկիրը ճգնաժամից հանելու համար գործունյա եւ պրոֆեսիոնալ անցումային կառավարման ապահովումն է՝ մինչ արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ։
-Հորդորում է Հայաստանում հավատարմագրված դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչություններին եւ միջազգային իրավապաշտպան կառույցներին պատշաճ գնահատական տալ Հայաստանում ստեղծված ճգնաժամին, մասնավորապես ժողովրդավարության ասպարեզում երկրի ստանձնած միջազգային պարտավորությունների համատեքստում։
-Իր պարտքն է համարում բոլոր հասանելի հնարավորություններով տեղեկացնել սույն հայտարարության մասին ՀՀԿ միջազգային գործընկերներին»։
