Եթե «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության հիմնադիր և ղեկավար Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հանդեպ հարուցված քրեական գործն, իսկապես, քաղաքական ենթատեքստ չունի, ապա ինչպե՞ս հասկանալ այն «զուգադիպությունը», որ ժամերի տարբերությամբ քրեական գործեր են հարուցվել նաև Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի փեսայի՝ Աբովյան քաղաքի նախկին քաղաքապետ, ՀՀ Կոտայքի նախկին մարզպետ Կարապետ Գուլոյանի, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի որդու՝ Նվեր Ծառուկյանի, ԱԺ պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանի և Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի այլ մերձավորների նկատմամբ:
Ինչպե՞ս հասկանալ նաև, որ այս բոլոր գործերը սկսվեցին հարուցվել հունիսի 5-ի ԲՀԿ հայտնի նիստի ժամանակ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կողմից իշխանություններին ուղղված քննադատությունից հետո:
Այս ամենից պարզ հարց է ծագում, թե ինչպե՞ս է պատահել, որ հարուցված գործերից ոչ մեկը մինչ հունիսի 5-ը չի հարուցվել և արդյո՞ք դա չի խոսում այն մասին, որ, փաստացի, իշխանությունը այս ամենով ոչ թե փորձում է իրական պայքար մղել երկրում առկա անօրինականությունների դեմ, այլ տոտալ հարձակում է սկսել Ծառուկյանի մերձավոր շրջապատի վրա: Եվ այս պայմաններում խոսել զուտ իրավական գործողությունների մասին, համաձայնեք, բավականին զավեշտալի է թվում:
