Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունն ամփոփել է միջազգային համագործակցության արդյունքները

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության և Եվրամիության Արևելյան գործընկերության Գյուղատնտեսության և գյուղի զարգացման ծրագրի իրականացման նպատակն է Հայաստանում գյուղատնտեսական կոոպերատիվների խթանումն ու գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությանն ինստիտուցիոնալ և տեխնիկական աջակցություն ցուցաբերելը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` դեկտեմբերի 4-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ ԳՆ փոխնախարար Արմեն Հարությունյանը:
«Ծրագրի ընդհանուր բյուջեն կազմել է 25 մլն եվրո, որից 20 մլն բյուջետային, 5 մլն՝ տեխնիկական աջակցությունն է: Տեխնիկական աջակցությունն իրականացվում է ՄԱԿ-ի կառույցների միջոցով` ՄԱԿ-ի պարենի և գյուղատնտեսության , արդյունաբերության զարգացման կազմակերպությունների և ՄԱԿ-ի զարգացման գործակալության կողմից: ՄԱԿ-ի պարենի և գյուղատնտեսության կազմակերպության կողմից իրականացվում է ինստիտուցիանալ և օրենսդրական բարեփոխումների մասը, որի շրջանակներում մենք մշակում ենք հետբերքահավաքի կանոնակարգի մշակում»,- հավելեց փոխնախարարը՝ նշեով, որ քննարկվում է նաև բնածին աղետների դեմ պայքարի նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրման հարցը:
Հարությունյանը նշեց, որ ՄԱԿ-ի արդյունաբերության զարգացման կազմակերպության, ՄԱԿ-ի զարգացման գործակալության և ԳՆ-ի կողմից հայտարարվել է, որ բոլոր մարզերի այն գյուղացիներն, ովքեր ցանկանում են ստեղծել գյուղատնտեսական կոոպերատիվներ, կարող են դիմել դրամաշնորհների ստացման համար: ՄԱԿ-ի կառույցների կողմից սահմանված համապատասխան չափորոշիչների համաձայն ընտրվելու են 30-35 կոոպերատիվներ, որոնք կստանան ԵՄ կողմից ֆինանսական աջակցություն:
Փոխնախարարն ասաց, որ դեկտեմբերի 15-ին ՀՀ –ում ԵՄ և Ավստրիայի զարգացման գործակալության կողմից կմեկնարկի նոր ծրագիր, որը նպատակաուղղված է լինելու Հայաստանում օրգանական գյուղտնտեսության զարգացմանը: Ծրագրի ընդհանուր բյուջեն կկազմի 3,3 մլն եվրո և կտևի 3 տարի: Ծրագրի շրջանակներում օրգանական գյուղատնտեսությամբ զբաղվել ցանկացողների համար կանցկացվեն նաև դրամաշնորհներ:
«ԱՄՆ միջազգային զարգացման գործակալության հետ իրականացվում են անասնաբուժական կենտրոնների ստեղծման և մասնավոր խորհրդատվական համակարգերի խթանման ծրագրեր: Ծրագրերի շրջանակում մինչև 2017 թվականը նախատեսվում է ստեղծել 20 անասնաբուժական կենտրոն, որոնք կապահովեն այլընտրանքային խորհրդատվություն գյուղացիական տնտեսությունների համար», - հավելեց փոխնախարարը:
Հարությունյանը նշեց, որ նախարարությունը շարունակում է ՄԱԿ-ի պարենի և գյուղատնտեսության կազմակերպության հետ համագործակցությունը, այս պահին կա 7 ընթացիկ ծրագիր` խաղողի կոլեկցիոն այգիների ստեղծում, ձկնաբուծության զարգացում, բրյուցելոզի դեմ պայքարի պիլոտային ծրագրերը և այլն:
Այս տարի, փոխնախարարի խոսքով, Հայաստանը դարձել է խաղողի և գինու միջազգային կազմակերպության անդամ:
