POLITICS«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է․ ««Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տղեկություններ է ստացել այն մասին, որ իշխանությունները նպատակ ունեն պաշտոնանկ անել ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանին, որին պետք է փոխարինի նրա տեղակալ Մակար Ղամբարյանը: Ըստ նույն աղբյուրի՝ Մակար Ղամբարյանը ԱԺ նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանի մտերիմն է, ու ամեն ինչ արվում է, որ հենց Ղաբարյանը նշանակվի ՀՀ ՊՆ պաշտոնում:
Երեկ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը փորձեց տեղեկությունը ճշտել ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի տեղակալ Մակար Ղամբարյանից, որը հայտարարեց. «Ես, ճիշտն ասած, չեմ ճանաչում մարդ, ով կարող է պարոն Տոնոյանին փոխարինել պաշտպանության նախարարի պաշտոնում, ես այդ տեղեկությունը անհեթեթություն եմ համարում»:
Իսկ մեր դիտարկմանը, թե ինչ փոխհարաբերություններ ունի Ղամբարյանը ԱԺ նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանի հետ, քանի որ, ըստ շրջանառվող տեղեկությունների, հենց Միրզոյանն է միջնորդում իրեն ՊՆ նախարարի պաշտոնում նշանակվելու հարցում, փոխնախարարը նշեց. «Անլուրջ խոսակցություններ են»:
Նկատենք, որ Տոնոյանի պաշտոնանկության մասին խոսակցություններն ակտիվացան հատկապես ուժային կառույցների ղեկավարների փոփոխությունից հետո: Ոստիկանապետի եւ ԱԱԾ տնօրենի փոփոխությունից հետո չէր բացառվել, որ հաջորդը կարող է լինել հենց Տոնոյանը»:
