ՀՀ ԱԳՆ արձագանքը Թուրքիայում Հայոց ցեղասպանության հարցի քննարկմանը
POLITICSԹուրքիայի նախագահի կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանության արդարացման և դրանց զոհերին վիրավորելու հայտարարությունները նորություն չեն և ատելության խոսքի դրսևորումներ են, որոնք ազդեցությունն են ունենում այդ երկրում հայերի հանդեպ այլատյացության մթնոլորտի ամրապնդման վրա: Այս մասին նշեց ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի խոսնակ Աննա Նաղդալյանը` Թուրքիայի նախագահի աշխատակազմում Հայոց ցեղասպանության թեմայի արծարծման մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հարցին ի պատասխան։
Ինչպե՞ս կմեկնաբանեք այն փաստը, որ Թուրքիայի նախագահի աշխատակազմի բարձրագույն խորհրդատվական մարմինը նիստ է գումարել նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի գլխավորությամբ, և պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության համաձայն` քննարկել այն գործողությունները, որոնք պետք է իրականացվեն ընդդեմ «1915թ. դեպքերի վերաբերյալ Թուրքիայի դեմ անհիմն պնդումների»։
Թուրքիայի նախագահի կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանության արդարացման և դրանց զոհերին վիրավորելու հայտարարությունները նորություն չեն և իրենից ներկայացնում են ատելության խոսքի դրսևորումներ, որոնք իրենց ազդեցությունն են ունենում այդ երկրում հայերի հանդեպ այլատյացության մթնոլորտի պահպանման և ամրապնդման վրա: Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման և դատապարտման հարցը հայ-թուրքական խնդիր չէ, դա Թուրքայի և միջազգային հանրության խնդիրն է: Դա է վկայում Թուրքիայի բազմաթիվ հայտարարությունները և գործողությունները՝ այս կամ այն երկրի կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման վերաբերյալ: Մեզ և միջազգային հանրության համար Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը իրողություն է, որը նաև հիմք է ծառայել Ցեղասպանության դատապարտման և կանխարգելման 1948թ․ կոնվենցիայի մշակման և դրա հիման վրա ներկայումս ցեղասպանությունների և մարդկության դեմ հանցագործությունների կանխարգելման մեխանիզմների ներդրման համար: Ժխտողականությունը ապագա չունի, անկախ՝ ով և ինչպես կփաթեթավորի այն։ Որքան էլ Թուրքիայի իշխանությունները ջանքեր գործադրեն ճնշելու ճշմարտությունը, ամեն դեպքում ճշմարտությունը հարթել և հարթելու է իր ճանապարհը։
